i've posted  several times issue yet have not found answers. firstly, using macbook pro, el capitan os, photoshop cc 2017 , epson sc p 800 printer + calibrated eizo monitor. i have printed quite few years on macbook snow leopard, cs5 , old epson r 2400. as previous equipment, want able make prints in photoshop print mode. as far can tell have set correctly unfortunately although prints reasonable in epson print mode , terrible in photoshop mode. i using hahnemuhle rag paper + appropriate icc profiles. prints have unacceptable dirty greenish cast. so far have had no luck @ in solving problem. has been suggested me there may bug either in mac os system, epson software or  in photoshop . kind of "communication issue". have similar problem or ideas do? apple dropped support printing api around el capitan / ps cc2015.5 - 1 used photoshop , lightroom point. caused massive stir while, afaik adobe had dot release fix ready not long after.   maybe related that. i'm windows m...

i switched photoshop 2017 , noticed weird behavior layer group folders.   essentially, expect group folder stay closed unless open explicitly, photoshop 2017 opening them automatically.   if have layer group closed, it'll open if click on it. frustrating if want work group's mask. because if add adjustment layer, it'll added inside group. behavior wasn't there in photoshop 2015.   in fact, if top group closed, selection, add adjustment layer, expect new adjustment layer go above (outside) group, it'll added inside group instead. behavior wasn't there in photoshop 2015 either.     is happening else too? are talking clicking on group in layers panel, or on groups contents in document window?  guessing former, not seeing same behaviour here cc 2017  , windows 10.  groups twirled open if have move tool selected, , auto select checked, expect happen.   if bug, might platform specific, can tell operating system using?   regards placement of ...

i record show using 3 mics, , h6 zoom. when transfer audio audition can never seem clear background on each audio track. still picks other 2 hosts of show, @ distance away. there clear cut way cut background noise? don't want change main vocals on the track, if picks mine , person's voice while other host talking own mic, how can rid of it? have tried noise print( noise reduction process) , learn sound model( sound remover) , nothing seems work. new editing type of audio , honest can't seem thing down right. please help!! hallo zusammen, und zwar habe ich das problem, dass illu cc2017 manche ältere dateien nicht abspeichert. es kommt dann die fehlermeldung: es ist ein unbekannter fehler aufgetreten.   bisher ist das bei zwei dateien (beide völlig unabhängig voneinander verschiedenen rechnern von verschiedenen personen) vorgekommen, eine wurde im august diesen jahres erstellt, die andere anfang oktober. beide mit cc2015. beide haben ca. 20 ebenen (2 davon sind vorlagen) und es ist eine psd verknüpft. beide haben rund 1300 pfade (wichtige info, denn egal welche cc-version, ab ca. 80 000 pfaden muß ich auf cs6 umsteigen, da die neueren illus solche datenmengen nur noch sehr schlecht, ab 200 000 pfaden gar nicht mehr verarbeiten wollen (prinzipiell sind die cc-versionen ungefähr um das 6fache langsamer als cs6, nur nebenbei)), es sind keine effekte (bei meiner datei ist eine ebene auf multiplizieren, die meines kollegen hat alles auf normal) oder dergleichen angewandt, nur ...

hi, i purchased ebook week ago through google play store. when first tried transferring kobo ereader received error not being authorized adobe id. after deauthorizing , reauthorizing dozen times, i'm getting different error when try transfer book ereader, stating "unable download, google device limit reached". haven't been able transfer single device let alone exceeding device limit. anyway, told post in forum , adobe rep revert me transfer book ereader seamlessly without errors can read paid week ago. thank you. for reset devices google should contact support of google. due omissions , deletions of capabilities (downgrades) in so-called "upgrades" osx forced maintain , operate multiple versions of osx on-the-same-computer. (there no valid argument)   now interested in cc software faced technical problem. how (or should "may") install cc on multiple versions of osx without dopey installer software identifying each version of osx being different computer? hello, i having trouble getting sticker replaced sticker. sticker want replaced plain white sticker attached on object while object rotating in space. have created alpha channel mask layer , placed under raw video. afterwards applied luma matte on alpha matte channel layer. this. does have resolution problem? the matte source goes on top, layer want masked goes below. if using black , white image need use luma matte because image has no alpha channel.  depending on how created black , white image may need pre-compose matte layer make work.   to learn more type track matte in search field @ top right corner of ae , study files , community resources. yours not working because of improper workflow, there no bug. i have windows xp. installed adobe cs6 design standard , registered license key adobe.com shows successfully. programs activated 1 exception: adobe acrobat x pro. adobe acrobat x pro rejects serial number "not valid product" , returns error when try registering adobe id menu. remains stubbornly stuck trial. chatted adobe tech , got me nowhere. do? you may have separate disc (from suite) acrobat x pro.  in case you'll have different serial number (from suite) acrobat x pro.   if acrobat x pro not on separate disc, should install suite installation files using suite's serial number. when activate clone tool holding down alt key , clicking on area want clone, image automatically duplicates , acts have enabled move tool. means can't clone @ because trying move area moves image. have not enabled move tool. have rebooted computer, changed photoshop factory defaults, reset clone tool "reset tools" , still problem persists. moving cursor around screen moves top image - see screen capture. has struck before/any idea how fix it. do have clipped unchecked?   the easiest way fix problems reset tool left end of options bar.  in fact rest tools when need this, because unlike preferences, there not many down sides. alte fh-dateien, die teilweise wieder interessant sind, wollte ich gerne umwandeln, um diese dann aktuell zu nutzen. gibt es da eine möglichkeit über photoshop, indesign o.ä.? hallo,   ich gehe mal davon aus, dass freehand nicht mehr zur verfügung steht.   in der regel hatte man früher in freehand eps-dateien-dateien erstellt weil quark xpress und indesign keine nativen fh-dateien importieren konnten. wenn du diese eps-dateien noch hast, die lassen sich in illustrator und photoshop öffnen.   native freehand-dateien lassen sich nur mit älteren illustrator-versionen bis cs 5.1 öffnen.   sonst gibt es nach meinem wissen keine möglichkeit mehr.   viele grüße peter More discussions in Deutsche Foren adobe

hello all,   please excuse me, i'm rookie adobe - i've tried looking around on google , forums answer seem finding different things. have designed logo in illustrator , trying work in after effects. when made in ai, i've used font monotype corsiva, , separated of parts of logo separate layers working in ae, however, when i've brought on layers aren't bringing on characteristics i'd made them in ai; have gradient fill on text thin outline stroke - when imported it, looks fine when convert shape vector layer can use effects creates loads of groups , paths unusable , gradient lost, making single fill.     i tried make text layer within ae around this, doesn't have same fonts installed , i'm struggling find way around this. either convert text correctly or same fonts ae ai appreciated!   thanks, mark when i've brought on layers aren't bringing on characteristics i'd made them in ai; have gradient fill on text thin outline stroke - when imported...

i'm using acrobat reader dc.  have pdf document black background , white lettering i'd print in reverse (white background, black lettering).  can reverse background , lettering using edit/preferences/accessibility/replace document colors reversed document appears on computer screen when try print out reversed document, reverts original (black background, white lettering).  there way print out reversed document? accessibility making document more readable on screen. so, no. i'm working photoshop cc2017 , trying open several obj files.  unfortunately, every time do, receive error message:  "could not complete request because file not parsed."    it looks should work fails every time.  win 7 pro pc huge (multi-core, 32 gig ram, latest nvidia video card) , files small (most less 1meg 1 126 kb).  seems should work.  i'd happy send files if help.   do need plug-in or other photoshop? have tried opening file in program verify good?   photoshop doesn't need plug-in open .obj files. i put shots folder into  lightroom, in case folder called africa this folder contains both raw , jpg image of each shot. (i have camera set both) once edit raw image, export jpg. image shows export settings. my issue resulting jpg file shows both in africa album , jpg export subfolder. seems me better if edited jpg shows in jpg export folder , not showing in africa folder? i realize change export settings , deselect add catalog want see jpg export contents in lightroom, not in africa folder well.   bob at top have select "same folder original photo" , subfolder jpg export. should going subfolder. is not happening? not sure mean africa album (lr doesn't use term album). if have option set show images in subfolders images in subfolder below folder selected in folders section displayed in grid view.     More discussions in Lightroom Classic CC adobe

hi there, using acrobat reader, , after several persons digitally signed doc using digital certificates, when next 1 came in , public body, signing digitally using own platform, of sudden signatures panel empty. signature marks remained on document, signatures panel empty. what´s going on here? sigital signatures still valids or not.   so, in image can see 1 signature mark using acrobat left printed, certificate data on signature panel right shown. when next member signed using own signing platform, leaving mark 2 on pages of pdf document, signature panel showing no data @ no more.   so, question is, still valid doc because shows marks, or not more if signature panel empty??   something marks pages not valid digital signature. sounds stamping tool used deleted signature info. i have upgraded many adobe programs through creative cloud morning.   the 1 doesn't behave correctly indesign 2017.   when try use it, open , have menu @ top of screen. main screen allows pick files , show files doesn't open. i have tried... #1 uninstall/reinstall #2 logging in , out of creative cloud account #3 hard boot computer , repeat #1 & #2 #4 opening indesign file clicking on it. #5 opening indesign file going indesign , opening it #6 going #3 , trying on again. #7 going bridge , trying open file in indesign   nothing seems open window file. when try exit asks if want save current version. looks adobe should find , fix bugs before release new versions. whenever print in landscape mode, roll paper ejects correctly, if try print in portrait mode or in landscape mode vertical picture turned 90° sideways, printer ejects full picture length of paper once printing complete. pain because can't tell printer "cut , eject" because dotted line printed way down roll in area future prints , if cut line there, total waste of paper. currently, have print portrait, eyeball going cut paper, , eject entire roll , reload pain because these printers finicky , don't load correctly first try.   anyone else experiencing this? appreciated. hi, i opened backup last month, hoping restore pictures app says not found, , few of pictures on backup can found well. wanted restore had make sure didn't lose others, , won't restore library backup did few minutes ago. can me? why won't backups restore pictures? don't want lose them all! mac or windows? version? which exact number version of lightroom?   what kind of "backup" opening?   lightroom create backups of catalog file (*.lrcat). since images not "in" catalog, on hard drive other document, need backups of images outside of lightroom using whatever backup method of choosing.   if lr thinks images missing, common problem used finder or explorer move them or rename folder. if did this, use lr folders panel in library module tell lr moved things to.
