hello: work fannie mae (fnma) put contracts together. manually scan docs (using simple 4 in 1 scanning devices) pdf files , email fnma. electronically ratify contracts w/their software. lately, they've said contracts have sent them blocked. how occur , how can tell if document sent me blocked?  realize if uses software manipulate pdf file or if use docusign on pdf file , email fnma (without printing out , scanning) blocked.  however, 'm talking manually scanned document (where take original docs , scan them 1 pdf file , email fnma ratify).  pls me this.  thank you. hello, on fresh install of os x 10.11.6 , ppcc 2017.0.1.   i found today cannot copy, paste or cut text in title tool without causing instant program crash. using default system fonts helvetica, nothing fancy , no effects. have tried creating new project, clearing pp setting/cache , uninstalling , reinstalling program. oh , reboots, lots of reboots.   i lead editor on 2 weekly shows need sort out next week. tips appreciated.   this known issue being worked on. possible workaround use option/alt + drag copy. hello,   i wondering if me out, seem spending better part of days when studio navigating around premier pro cc bugs , it's becoming extremely frustrating. other day experienced bug timeline opened in twin monitor setup became locked upon opening on machine twin monitors until dragged premiere application gui's second monitor , again unlock timeline.   this latest issue opening files worked osx machine user account setup in japanese , working on premiere projects passing them off other users osx user account setup in english. have editor japanese working on machine in japanese language on osx using english installed or japanese installed premiere once saves file our other macpro me logging in under user account in english gets thrown error "the project appears damaged, cannot opened". change account japanese language settings , doesn't help, change premiere pro cc 2017 japanese language , doesn't work. log out of user account , machine user account in japanese

hello,   i ready use premiere elements project yesterday, , click on icon, welcome screen appeared , clicked editor......but full minute nothing happened. closed , tried again same results. proceeded restart system, , gave me same results. last time used editor, 2 weeks ago (approx. 10/20/16), worked fine, , since have changed no files, , had not modified or changed system wise. application updated adobe cloud thingy.  tried virtually mentioned on forums! did lot of looking around on forums , have seen users similar, or same situation im in, , either questions have not been answered, or did not looking for. last resort , running again. hallo,   seit kurzem nutze ich photoshop cc habe aber nun ein großes problem. ich bin fotograf und nutze zur hautretouche die frequenztrennung folgendermaßen: ich dupliziere die hintergrundebene als ebene 1 und ebene 2. bei ebene 1 wende ich "helligkeit interpolieren" um eine weiche ebene zu schaffen. um nun die details für das bild zu erschaffen nehme ich ebene 2 und wähle "bildberechnungen". dort mische ich die ebene mit "ebene 1", setze den mischmodus auf "addieren" und setze den haken bei "umkehren". nun sollte das bild eigentlich aus den reinen details des bildes bestehen. es wird aber neuerdings einfach nur weiß =(   ich hoffe mir kann hier jemand helfen, da ich ohne diesen vorgang ziemlich aufgeschmissen bin. alternative wege der frequenztrennung bringen ein schlechteres ergebnis, besonders weil das bild sehr schärfe verliert.     liebe grüße julian hardwarebeschleunigung ausschalten, grafiktreiber aktualisieren, whatever....  

dear community,   need quick on annoying issue. want create slides presentation photoshop , i've found artboards quite useful that. can create slides , have more graphic control on them in cc example powerpoint. 1 issue keeps botherin me. presentation export slides via /file/export/ .. in pdf.   the pdf turns out fine. looks beautiful - autoplay acivated , skips slide every 5 seconds. can't find option deactivate issue. tried use pdf-presentation option, artboards saved in 1 big pdf. can't solution. advice?   thanks ahead which version of photoshop , operating system using?   what application/program opening pdf in autoplays? i had logos wanted use on web site, imported them lrcc. since jpg files white background, , wanted them png files, took them ps using ctrl+e. in ps, deleted white backgrounds , made them transparent, , did save , selected png. in lr, did not appear, though chose same folder had been working on them in lr. after pondering minute, , double checking file types lr work , confirming lr should indeed work png files, decided use file explorer see if in same folder expected them in. in fact, were. so, figured have import them. did that, importing them folder in, , bingo appeared in lr. noticed although tagged .png extension, white background shows in lr. exported desk top, , in fact png file background removed.   two questions: 1) normal behavior if use save in ps after importing them lr? , 2) why lr put white background in display on screen?   thanks help,   jim hi jim,   1) if save as... in photoshop, create entirely new file on computer. lightroom has no idea file exists until import ligh

i've been messing around in premiere pro day, trying import mp4 file dvd ripped. i'm trying reduce whole movie clips, , segment clips frames. every time premiere pro, though, , select file import, after finishes processing thing imports audio? i've gone through vlc , tried converting file type, , went through adobe media encoder , switched .avi. no matter what, when try import mp4 bring in audio. of files play fine in vlc though? try deleting media cache , rename folder clip in. restart prpro , see if works.   neil More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe

i've cut polygon shape in 2 using "pathfinder/subtract foremost object backmost object" command on pathfinder. object single shape. separate shape 2 objects in illustrator. there way in indesign? the pathfinder tool in indesign not extensive illustrator. workaround in 2 steps. before performing action, copy objects. once first action completed, power paste objects , either modify cutting shape or change pathfinder action achieve desired object. my entire computer freeze , become unresponsive while working in photoshop. activity light solid, mouse freeze, wont. windows shortcuts such alt+f4, alt+tab or ctrl alt del, wont work. option hard restart.   i thought issue dropbox being open , working directly out of it, saving documents , syncing @ once causing kind of issue. this problem occur regardless of dropbox being open or not.  occurs no matter drive save files to.   all drivers date (wacom, windows, gpu) ram checks out , no bad drives/sectors can detected. i feel issue happens a. when have chrome open , watching videos on other monitor or b. when save progress via ctrl+s in photoshop.   i might try reverting 2015.5 , see if can repeat issue. in mean time, love this.     pc specs: i5 6600k (oc) 16gb ddr4 gtx 1070 (8gb gddr5) samsung 950 evo m.2 ssd (has os , photoshop on it) using wacom intuos pro   monitor 1: 1920x1080 144hz using display port monitor 2 1600x1200 60hz using dvi (both monitors running off gpu)   1 ssd 3 hdd

hi! using latest version of cc (the 2017 update). i'm new lightroom, can't tell if worked before, or if i'm not doing correctly. i'm trying merge photos create hdr image. keep getting error message " unable merge photos. please cancel , review selection." photos i'm trying merge bracketed shots, taken within milliseconds of each other @ same focal length. difference exposure. tried doing merges 2 photos , of them worked, of them didn't. message pops seemingly @ random. can tell me causing error? i'd love able combine 3 photos same bracket. thanks! i've imported premiere pro file after effects. pp file video footage, voice over, , music in background. has been going fine, , i've exported several times, no problems. now, of sudden, there 10 seconds in middle video , voice-over continue normal, music cuts out abruptly , re-starts again. haven't done file think cause this. haven't changed audio levels, or moved timeline, or that.   the weird thing is, plays fine in premiere. there no issue in pp audio whatsoever. in ae. i've closed , re-opened ae dozen times. i've resaved & relinked pp file. thought might issue playback in ae, when export it, it's still there.   how can audio perfect in pp have issue in ae? if there issue audio in ae, (i.e. volume keyframed turn off,) wouldn't able hear v/o either same file. what missing?   thanks in advance! robynng51731307 wrote:   what missing? perhaps presence of mp3 files in pp.  consistently-proper functioning apparently hit-and-miss there in ae.  use audi

hi!   so, there's driving me crazy here , maybe can me or elucidate question. here's happening:   i work virtual copies, while keeping master files no adjustments except star rating , color label. know if apply rating or label master , create virtual copy, copy have same attributes. ok.   lets i'm sending virtual copy [with no color label] lr ps, , in meantime add color label master file. when finish edit in ps , save it, imported lr same color label of master file. shouldn't tiff follow same rating , label virtual copy originated? can't understand why copying attributes master file if originated virtual copy different attributes instead. issue #1.   the 2nd issue concerned tiff files. follow steps: master file > virtual copy > edit in ps > file saved after edit , automatically imported lr ok. then create virtual copy tiff file , make aditional adjustments lr on virtual copy , leave there. if click on original tiff file again , choose edit in ps [edit origi

hi everyone.   i wonder if can image scaling issue. working on site, based on template being modified. old school print designer, 0 web experience - having baptism of fire in creating site client!!   the basis of website working well. have 2 issues - both issues relate responsive problem - site works in desktop format, if @ site tablet or smartphone, image problems kick-start.   the first 1 background image problem. site opens pre-loader , has cover image @ top of one-page scrolling site. cover image essentially  background image, @ top of site. on desktop, works fine - viewed on tablet or smartphone, seems have extreme zoom in on image, rather opposite effect need, scale down image can seen in full on either device.   i don't know code post here - have css code, , can paste in html source code, pretty wet behind ears stuff - apologise if putting wrong information needed - can steer me in right directly, in plain english!!!   the css is:-   /* start page */     .start-page{   posit

i know there threads cannot find solution.     i purchased lightroom, old way (no monthly subscription, full lightroom 6) , installed on pc. works well.. first day. had install cc app on desktop. , problems starts here: when install , use it, works fine; when turn off pc , start lightroom again says need adobe application manager, , missing pc (yes, installed every possible update).   if open creative cloud app says missing or damaged.   i downloaded adobe cleaner, cleaned every single adobe stuff pc, deleted folders said in other threads. still happening.   now every day have re-install both cc , lightroom, , super frustrating takes very, long time.   every day.   i'm sick of doing this.   what can do? open lightroom > click hellp > lightroom.   if it's in english, attach screenshot.  otherwise, copy , paste text. i on 27" imac, (2.9 ghz intel core i5, 24gb 1600 mhz ddr3) upgraded macos sierra, although have had issue 3-4 operating systems before this. use creative cloud , keep indesign date.   i took computer technician in january (for issue) , asked length of time takes open indesign, , told software issue , couldn't anything.   it takes long if i've shut down or restarted computer, not if i've quit programme.   i have posted on forum before , suggested uninstall , reinstall indesign - did didn't help i told restore preferences did , didn't help.   it suggested create new user on computer , try launching indesign. did , indesign took 4 minutes open.   so i'm not sure now. mean , do fix problem using own user?   this has been issue me more year , it's frustrating, i'd appreciate help. did uninstall indesign via creative cloud app, , did run adobe cleaner before reinstalling indesign?   do have indesign plug-ins or font manager utility installed ? my computer restarted unexpectedly while doing update indesign 2015 2017 through creative cloud desktop app. now, app shows indesign update complete, when try open through creative cloud app or programs list, error:   c:\program files\adobe\adobe indesign cc2017\wrservices.dll either not designed run on windows or contains error. try installing program again using original installation media or contact system administrator or software vendor support.   i error if go adobe site , try download indesign 2017 way. in programs list, both 2015 , 2017 listed.   help? how out of indesign limbo can run indesign again? choosing uninstall through creative cloud kicked "update" list, , able reinstall indesign 2017 , run it. 2015 removed part of installation. hi all, (if there's definitive solution this, please post link? have searched , not seen info on this. part of thread while back, , there links instructions edit registry files or something?)   i have macbook pro retina display , surface pro 3. sp3 stock, nothing added other cs apps , art rage. no additional drivers. mbp running @ stock default resolution on screen.   on mbp, ai splash screen 1/4-ish of screen size. on sp3, it's 1/8-ish. mbp ui expected. sp3 1 small use. please me understand: can (if anything) make sp3 mbp. (most of time, use pen or built-in track pad move cursor)   -- sp3 display setting 150%, on advanced display settings, resolution set 2160x1440 (recommended). -- i've changed sp3 resolution 1440x900 (this mbp default "looks like" resolution is. know real res 2880x1800). made ui better, maybe mbp, menus in ai became ridiculously long (like windows one). -- i've changed "for high-ppi displays..." setting lower , higher , cannot see

in illustrator cs6, auto trace tracing including bounding line in trace. take trace, paste photoshop using paste paths. when fill, filling outsides of art, not inside lines. so, basically, end black rectangle since original lines still there.   this causes other problems. in photoshop, select black ring magic wand tool, cut , paste illustrator. have transparent background. when trace gets close top, starts tracing along border instead of closing ring. 4 of sides have flat spot in addition above problem. got past flat sides importing images white background making border away lines little. still pain newbe.  problem should go away if first problem fixed.   so, there setting or missing?   if paste photoshop smart object, works.   have been trying vector work there.  far no luck.  have watched bunch of videos , no 1 else seems having problem me. it's bug that's fixed in later versions.   illustrator cs6 doesn't delete white areas when specify "ignore white". instea

hej guys,   i have massive problem,   everytime use illustrator , illustrator, ps , in don't have these issues, application crashes. either when want save or change font, font. searched internet solutions , tried rename cs5servicemanager in library cs5servicemanager.bak. but unfortunately didn't work hoped would.   now cannot see fonts @ once go through character dialog on right hand side of tool bar.   if go through top tool bar see names of fonts no preview.   what can illustrator secure again?   it happens on 2 seperate comps! it's on macbook air , imac.   please me need design stuff , hard without program.   cheers guys. cs5 not compatible el capitan.   some got run, didn't.   for fonts, try , in systems preferences in "accessibility" uncheck transparency option.   for else, please search forum. many issues have been discussed months ago. might consider downgrading system anyway.
