i bought image no download icon appeared.  followed trouble shoot procedure , still nothing.  read forum , can't click on image , save because of print through image.  have paid , have received receipt need image sign adobe stock , go license history     you see image listed. click on blue image id number     click on cloud download icon ....     if save somewhere other current setting, click on down arrow after says 'save ...' , click on big download button.     hope helps. if not, please provide screenshots of see. i have various keywords , labels in premiere's description section, though project , search bins don't search description field. can produce results when using find command+f, not work project or search bins. unfortunate, because find command searches 1 item @ time. search bins , project search nice because puts search results in same place.   is premiere not able this? seems pretty straight forward.     thanks More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe

i updated 2017 cc version of premiere pro , every time try export file uses mercury playback engine software.  tried adjusting in project manager under video rendering , playback option greyed out.   this has vastly slowed down rendering files have previosuly rendered in 20 30 minutes takes on hour.   the cuda_supported_card.txt option not seem work in newer versions. nobody can tell without proper system info or other technical details. without clue graphics hardware , drivers nobody can tell why may not work.   mylenium More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe

i keep trying import png or other file not show up. previews black  @ top , other programs have previewing images fine besides after effects.   it not show in composition. again, keeps showing black. in both preview screen @ top, in main space, , in new composition.   i don't know why. please help. have school project due on monday , need done. os , ae version down last decimal point help. should on latest version choose run. has ever worked before? happens when try different .png file or different format?   what kind of png files? there lots of options , bit depths available. not suitable video production.   we need more info... there is  png color space bug without knowing details of system , workflow it's impossible give direct answer or solution problem. i've read lot - terribly little of substance - whether cc 2015 has implemented real way scale ui icons.  our daughter starting enjoy digital creativity icons blasted tiny her.  has agreed spend more time @ desk if large 1920x1080 display icons little more visible on 1920x1080 laptop.   i have cs6 , know there nothing short of making ui font little larger ever have.  cs6 serve both years , there 0 reason spend cc photography suite money every month unless there real ui graphic element scale-up.  not talking doubling on pixels , reducing screen resolution hokey (apologies vt faithful among us) manifest or registry hack, either.  read in post ps has pixel-based icons , other apps vector since they're newer.    is end of story there no hope of ever having larger graphic ui elements until adobe decides it's going profitable rewrite ps using vector-based screen elements?   no unpleasant acceptable answer if it's reality.   thanks. cs6 not have adobe photoshop 2x ui feature

this has been going on year, ever since updated cc. when using external screen macbook illustrator dropdown menus (like opacity preference, type, stroke width etc.) glitch out , either don't work @ all, or appear in "mid-air" further down screen. don't know if related poor mouse tracking on external screens, pointer jumps when selecting objects, making technical accuracy impossible. can resolved restarting program every time plug external display. drop down menu glitch however, present! i button can add toolbar highlight list of pre-defined words mis-spelled regularly, , highlight each occurrence thereof, , annotate individual comments respective "correct" spellings. proofread lot of material has "canadianized" words such 'color' need found, highlighted/highlit?, , marked "change 'colour' comment…. , list of regularly used words… found action here somewhere highlights words list, , that's ok, enhance action adding specific individual comments. have somewhere 2 lists: 1) spelling list , 2) list of "canadian/uk spelling" comments….   to clarify, if needed, want action button:   find "color" | highlight word | add comment highlight "add u, 'colour'" | find next instance of same word , repeat until no more found; then, find next word in list of spellings , same repeat until list completed throughout document.   simple? or asking much? thanks! certainly not simple task, not impossible one.

i've brought brand new imac, top spec (so enough ram etc run ps) ive downloaded cc 2017 , had many problems in under 48 hours. 1) every 4th image try edit, ps closes without warning when loading portraiture plug-in & lose work. 2) i've had actions not work, unable flatten image, unable close image. 3) i've created brush & every time closes brush disappears 4) i've put used actions in folder save me looking through lot find each one, again after every time closes disappears.  5) doesn't remember settings example burn tool @ 17% - resets 50%   im photographer lot of work on , need fixing asap   i have uninstalled , redownloaded i have restarted mac i date updates it's set 70% use you need knows mac @ crash reports root of problems. use windows can guess writes may have file system permissions problems.   supply pertinent information quicker answers the more information supply situation, better equipped other community members answer. consider including
