hey adobe community,   i bought creative cloud package 3 days ago , been trying open ever since. i’m using macbook pro (late 2012 running os x sierra) , installed, uninstalled , cleaned mac the acc-cleaner tool several times. installation doesn’t seem issue though. installs creative cloud desktop application wont open. neither app launch nor little icon appear in top right corner of menu bar. thing noticed is, during installation dock on screen disappears second don’t know if unusual or not.   i’ve been searching solutions online, using second admin account, cleaning hosts file or reinstalling os x sierra. nothing worked.   my adobeipcbroker log says every time try open cc     2016-12-01 20:06:46:582 : error vcfoundation::io::vcendoffile: send() failed <32: broken pipe> trace: 0   adobeipcbroker                      0x000230fa adobeipcbroker + 139514 1   adobeipcbroker                      0x00022b3d adobeipcbroker + 138045 2   adobeipcbroker                      0x00029e60 adobe

servus,   ich habe vorgestern mein system wegen langsamkeit neu auf win10 home (selbstverständlich 64 bit) aufgesetzt und danach alle programme neu installiert, die ich brauche. bei lightroom cc kommt es jedoch dazu, dass es ständig abstürzt. der fehler ist in sofern reproduzierbar, dass ich lr nur öffnen muss und mir sicher sein kann, dass es keine zwei minuten läuft. der fehler ist absolut aktionsunabhängig, ob ich nun die voreinstellungen öffnen möchte, ein bild auswählen möchte oder auch ins entwickeln-modul wechseln möchte: mal klappt's, mal nicht. da die grafikkarte ohnehin relativ schwach ist und ein treiberupdate fehlgeschlagen ist (und dank windows 10 lässt sich das auch nicht ohne weiteres neu versuchen), habe ich die grafikkartenbeschleunigung deaktiviert - ebenfalls erfolglos. aber auch als sie noch aktiviert war, waren abstürze zu verzeichnen. hier die systemdaten: asus x73by (anhand dessen lässt sich der rest zwar herausfinden, hier aber trotzdem:) apu: amd e-450 gpu:

i new using character animator. i have followed initial tutorial create own puppet in illustrator. it worked fine @ beginning now, following graphic in character animator. i don`t know how refresh , render graphic i've created. has had problem? my created image in illustrator should follow: when color bars appear, means expected path source artwork no longer valid. maybe file moved? if select "nowan" puppet in project panel, in puppet section of properties panel, file path shown appearing in yellow (indicating it's missing)? if so, if click file link, relink intended location of illustrator artwork file, artwork show again puppet panel? i in desperate need of situation causing me loose mind. so im using photoshop cc on macbook air. upload photos onto macbook automatically upload photos. when open photoshop cc , go file open , in photos few if of of photos there appear. have spoken photoshop on chat before , advised copy , paste photos pictures , able view of images. problem after have copied , pasted losing lot of quality in images , pixelated. if has had similar issues or knows of solution really appreciate help. so macbook full of air not brains.  not sound good  idea use copy , past image viewer that  scaling down image fit on display.  5k display has less pixels camera. sure told use copy , paste.  think better way use drag finder , drop on photoshop.  use windows know.   the problem seems uplaoad photos.  photos not seem work photoshop.  problem adobe's or apple's. i'm experiencing interesting issue when using crossfade transition between 2 clips in adobe premiere pro 2017. happens during 2 of transitions in project. what's happening partway through transition 3rd image appears blended other 2 (the clips being transitioned) in 1 of instances appears have taken 1 frame of video, rotated 90 degrees, , applied sort of blending mode, , affects coloring , opacity of 2 images. in 2nd instance appears taking frame elsewhere in video, inverting it, , blending other 3 images. see attached 2 frames it's obvious. you can see in image below in bottom left corner pattern appears not part of either clip being transitioned.   has else experienced this? if so, how did fix issue? i've tried removing transition, , replacing new one, still has problem. still appears in video when it's exported. tia clips need have handles. which means have trimmed @ least half length of transition (centre @ cut) working long file instead of separate clips. using windows 10 ps cc 2015.5 no longer able to minimise ps when processing batch (often 200 images) having dropped images bridge onto droplet.   the droplet process images correctly takes age run through complicated set of actions.   on previous iterations of ps cc (2014?), able minimise programme , reduce processing time @ least half.  considerable time saving when processing each image takes 60 seconds minimised , on 2 minutes in full screen.   any thoughts please? dave minimize photoshop not record in action.  able in action, in droplet need use external tool mac or windows  platform minimize application's window. hi! ich versuche schon ständig das neue flash player update 23.0.0.205 auf meinen pc zu instrallieren. ich benutzte win 10 home, habe das 64-bit-betriebsystem und benutze momentan die flash player version npapi-plug-in-version 23.0.0.162 . ich benutze firefox als internetbrowser. egal auch tat, die version sich instrallieren, sogar manuell ausgesucht habe ich die version, aber auch ohne erfolg siehe das ergebnis des updates:   ich habe schon alles probiert und meinem anti-viren schutz programm liegt es nicht, benutze kaspersky internet security. da habe bisher keine probleme mit dem herunterladen gehabt, er hat die updates immer akzeptiert und habe es auch eingestellt als ausnahme. so, ich hoffe, das problem wird schnellstens behoben. ich habe momentan echt probleme videos im internet zu gucken, da sie ständig meckern mein flash player ist nicht aktuell. danke schon mal im voraus! hi,   i replied post @ adobe flash player version 23.0.0.205 works not   -- maria More discussions in

ok.....i trying render out large file (44,444 frames) the piece 30 minutes long.....originally rendered in ae.  took 20 hours. then made fixes/changes.  took 28 hours render. then made more fixes.  stopped it, because forecasting 40 hours go after rendering 15 hours. now rendering through media encoder. time render keeps creeping up.  after 30 minutes projected (and steadily growing) 25 hours.   i using effects (twirling globe, water turbulence).  admittedly content heavy.  slowing down 1 frame every 40 seconds.....that crazy!   please help......   thank in advance,   claudia the piece 30 minutes long.....originally rendered in ae.  took 20 hours. this sound crazy let me ask this. have effect affecting whole 30 minutes in entirety cannot reproduced in nle software simple setup. because rendering long gives warning sign doing in ae inefficient. wise man once said "ae creating shots, not editing movies" if chance trying edit movie in ae - stop. take parts need ae , returned t

hello community   i annotations lot, problem work pdf files reviewed time time.   it means, every time pdf file gets new version must copy , paste annotations , highlights previous version new version. all times newer pdf have same chapters plus new ones.   i wonder if there tool automate procedure. if annotation found @ chapter 2 @ older document (eg, page 45) must copied chapter 2 of newer document (eg, page 47), , make list if mach not found manually handle it.   appreciate help   kind regards it done if state what's logic behind moving annotation 1 location another. it's not easy task @ all... this has annoyed me such long time.  had hoped else had noticed , report bug, hasn't happened.   i upgraded latest version of dreamweaver cc 2017 , bug covered below still there. (i have feeling problem related dreamweaver not being able cope large text buffer, , gets 'confused'.) ok, let me explain before ramble on...   so first works after first opening dreamweaver , creating hyperlinks.   the method use is: select/highlight title, title inside of <li></li> tags, such <li>my new link</li> then in dreamweaver menu select: insert > hyperlink.   in new window opens expect inside 'text' field: 'my new link' show up, occassionally it's strangely portion of text , would, make matters worse have kinds of other text on either side of source code.  other times trying yield no content inside field @ all . now, if left , clicked ok whole area of code garbled, or in scenario b unchanged if tried again on second or third attempt fine agai

hello!   i need fixed asap: downloaded , installed font "lucida grande" on windows 7 machine ( lucida grande regular www.911fonts.com - fonts archive more 40 000+ fonts. zephyr font, gill sans, bembo font,… )   i need font continue working on video projects work. however, @ work using mac, , lucida grande default font in osx, premiere has no troubles using/finding font there. when want work home, can't because of missing fonts.   after installation of lucida grande, font works without issues in other program (e.g. ms office), in premiere pro, says "invalid font lucida grande".   how can fix this? saw somewhere premiere might not recognizing specific folder fonts installed, a) how find folder, , b) how make premiere find folder? after download font, right click on , choose install .  (do programs closed.) hi,   i built new system able work , handle video editing smoothly. reused parts save money.   hardware spec follows: intel 6800k nzxt kraken x61 asus x99-e 32gb corsair lpx 3200 (8x4) evga supernova g2 750w nvidia gtx 670 500gb samsung 850 evo 256gb samsung 950 pro m.2 10gbit nic storage server.   this running on windows 10 latest cc 2017. video clips stored on storage server , project files , scratch files stored on 950 pro ssd. os on 850 ssd.   i wanted edits on older cc 2015 project converted 2017 , did edits. the sequence 30 min long , consist of video clips different frame rates , resolutions dynamically linked after effects compositions. when exporting sequence h264 media file bsod after couple of hours. no_pages_available bug check string. i have tried encoding both directly premiere pro , through media encoder same result. have tried pre encode after effects compositions , add these media files sequence same result. i checked system stability issues running prime95 8h small ff

hallo, liebes adobe-forum! ich habe heute die neueste version von adobe premiere pro installiert, und zwar die version "adobe premiere pro cc 2017". schön und gut habe ich gedacht, updates gibt's ja immer mal wieder ... doch dann die böse überraschung.   der alte de-esser ist weg! bisher habe ich immer den de-esser (alt) benutzt. dieser hat zwar nur sehr wenige optionen, reicht meinen ansprüchen aber aus. nun gibt es nur noch einen einzigen de-esser - mit sehr vielen funktionen.   gibt es eine möglichkeit, den alten de-esser irgendwie "zurückzuholen"? sei es auf die ältere version downgraden, oder durch ein plugin?   liebe grüße vielleicht indem man ein altes projekt öffnet und den effekt dann per copy&paste durch die gegend verteilt. oft werden die effekte ja als "legacy" noch mitgeschleppt und funktionieren, sie werden aber eben in den menüs usw. ausgeblendet. ansonsten einfach seinen frieden mit der sache machen und mal einem ruhigen nachmitta

i have phone shoots dng files raw format, elephone p9000.   when try import them lightroom, "failed find place imported file" error. when try open them in photoshop, "could not complete request because file-format module cannot parse file." when try converting them in adobe dng converter: "there error parsing file".   non-adobe apps seem have no trouble these files though; uploading https://raw.pics.io/ works, , raw photo processor reads them fine.  unfortunately, these apps convert raster formats, , haven't found way covert these dng files adobe software can't open dng files adobe software can open. i'd keep photos in lightroom archive in raw format.   i'm on osx 10.11 up-to-date versions of creative cloud.   i've uploaded test shot here: rubidot.com/img_20160929_201518_raw.dng   is there way can these working lightroom? or can @ least tell why adobe software can't read these dng files, when other software can?   thanks. maybe

hello,   i upgraded macbook pro os sierra. since then, there has been disturbing change in illustrator cs6 when want export. format has changed. area select art board export frozen shown in screen grab.
