以前下記の質問を投稿しました。その際には、他にも4人同様の質問をしている方がいて、未解決でしたが、その後は使えたり使えなかったりがあり、最近アップデートしても何しても、まったく使え なくなりました。具体的にはwindows8.1　デュアルディスプレイを使用　ツールパネルの右下に小さな三角が付いたツールボタン（長方形ツール→楕円ツール）を長押ししても、隠れツールが表示されません。   イラレ歴1年になり、脱初心者にはなったのですが、ccのバグに悩まされています。   いい加減に公式が対応してほしいです。   ＞以前投稿した内容 windows8でイラストレーターＣＣを使用しています。 左側のツールパネルの隠れツールなのですが、急に長押ししてもなにをしても隠れツールが表示されなくなりました。 長方形ツールを長押しして楕円形ツールを表示させたいと思っても、長押ししても出てきてくれません。 これは何か設定を変えてしまったのでしょうか？ 初心者の質問で申し訳ありません。よろしくお願いいたします。 osも違うしそのような経験は過去のバージョンでも全くありませんが、ツールを右クリックしても表示されませんか。 Illustratorコミュニティフォーラム (Japan) でのその他のディスカッション adobe

is there way change ps cc restricting max file size 2gb?    we're working 5dsr image files , after few layers of retouching, these become enormous.  love know if there option allow file saved larger 2gb (rather have multiple layer files, becomes confusing, annoying, etc - , confusing... thanks use psb.   the psd format limited 2gb - if it's larger 2gb should automatically offer save psb, has no size restriction.   tiff has 4gb limit. i manage lab of 60 2015 5k imacs dual boot osx 10.11.6 , windows 10. computers bound our active directory students can log in. adobe cc 2015.5 works without problems on windows side. however, seems entire adobe suite keeps breaking configuration error 16 both ad users , admin accounts on osx sides. since adobe's official "fix" configuration error 16 set correct permissions slstore , adobe pcd folders, wrote script repair permissions deployed through policy triggered on logout. included permission fix in script deletes previous ad account computers on logout. i first tried adding these 2 commands script:   chown -r root /library/application\ support/adobe/adobe\ pcd/ chmod -r 644 /library/application\ support/ adobe/adobe\ pcd/   but still didn't fix problem, took them out of script.   i have script set run on logout repairs default (ad) user profile permissions, just:   #!/bin/sh   chown -r root /system/library/user\ template/english.lproj/   i chose 2 computers test,

ever since updated mac software couple weeks ago display in lr off. photos not exporting way. display. have looked everywhere , can not figure out how fix it. hard edit can not view images properly. darks have loss of information , blotchy , sometimes there banding , vignetting on images yet export them , clear. lightroom 4 , 5 color management broken under sierra, it's been reported in several threads here recently.   lightroom 6 , cc work fine.   apparently it's case of dropped apple support api or framework used these old versions. option seems to upgrade lightroom current version, or roll os. i opened existing book file today update , print new pdf. when pdf done, many of imported artwork images cut off @ top , bottom of image.   to check if copy of fm corrupted or settings wrong, had person attempt creating same pdf. copy cut tops , bottoms of images.   these functioned correctly couple of months ago. few editing changes made book. have attempted creating pdf of single chapter file same cut-off results.   has run or know of solution?  can't send these customer.   this fm version 13.0.3.495.   first image screen shot of fm file. appeared in old pdf (gray square mine cover company info). second image shows top , bottom cut off in pdf. occurring in several files , books , on other people's computers, not mine.   thanks.   how did create pdf fm , joboptions file used?   does imported graphic convert pdf on own, i.e. use acrobat turn graphic file pdf?   are there spurious objects on fm page? try ctrl+a select objects on page.   note: there 2 additional patch levels a

is else having problem when trying save file , not having option so? typically periodically save using keyboard shortcuts , realized yesterday had stopped working @ point during workflow. realized shortcuts buggy when command-z shortcut wouldn't work. went file menu , option save file grayed out. undo option grayed out well. tried quitting , asked if wanted save file before quitting , of course said yes wouldn't let me save it. said couldn't gave no clue why.   i able not lose work exporting idml file, restarting indesign, , converting idml saving. restarting seemed fix issue shortly working again had same problem. today have had issue again. way can "save" , not lose work follow process , hope can go more few minutes without giving me trouble. thankfully of links illustrator not compromised because that's spent of time working before realizing nothing in id save.   there have been weird buggy things in indesign cc 2017 aren't critical slowing down workflo

hi everyone! work @ testing lab takes photos of tested specimens clients part of test program. flat painted metal panels automotive parts, fabrics, led screens, etc. , everything.   currently, time take photos have label each 1 individually test information. have attached example below. have ps file white header bar, logo, , test info text layer, , copy , paste each photo , change info. can time consuming! not if test has 10 samples labelled 1 through 10, when have 80 samples/photos , each id different , long can take hour copy , paste each id spreadsheet.   so company wants change this, see if can simplify more. there way photoshop cs can pull info spreadsheet , somehow attach each image? have 10 photos, 1 photo per sample, , excel spreadsheet 10 ids. if it's watermark text (sans logo), possible ps pull spreadsheet?   somehow need add test number, hours/months of exposure, , specimen id.   any ideas tremendously! if not, we'll go different route altogether. in advance!   tak

just realized custom actions not within cc 2017. opening cc 2015 shows them there. now..where reside , how can move them cc 2017 cc 2015/   bob first of should save your  custom actions when record or edit them have copy should  preferences reset.  if not save them  place in photoshop preferences.  if preferences reset loose actions. since still have in cc 2015 cab save them load cc 2017.  copy cc 2015 actionpalette preferences file cc 2015 preferences folder cc 2017 preferences folder. will exporting catalog lightroom external hard drive remove them hard drive (mac)?  worried space , speed.  have been moving them still seeing them in lr folder/s.  need highlight catalog (after moving ext hd), click on command, option, shift, delete , choose delete disk in order physically take them off hd?  break chain or link images i've moved? when export catalog creating new catalog subset of images. have option include negative files duplicate image files , send them catalog. cause problems.   i making assumption in fact wanting move images 1 hard drive another.   if case: in lightrooms library module locate folders panel. plug in external hard drive. if drive not show in folders panel need let lightroom locate it. click + symbol right of word folders , select add folder... navigate folder on external drive or create new folder on external drive , click choose.   select images want move external drive , drag them folder chose in external drive using folders panel. if want

this call paua shell in nz, , known abalone in oz.  polished shells used lot in jewellery , sorts of decorative inlays.     i have used downloaded paua texture in project otherwise 100% photoshop down last pixel. , i'd keep way, short of building texture manually layer layer give me laminated effect. have not got there yet.   i have tried combinations of blend mode , opacity using multiple layers with:   render clouds , render fibers eye candy 7's marble , noise textures plastic wrap, , glowing edges   none of these has given me decent paua/abalone shell texture.  gut tells me have build layer layer, thought i'd try forum ideas. i'll try bumping once.    ??? my image totals not appear @ in lightroom directory. in finder window mylightroom folder displays 151 items. until mylightroom directory displayed total of subdirectories 25,000+ images. in finder window nashville folder contains 8,640 images,       in library menu, have option checked show photos in subfolders? option needs checked in order lightroom count of images.. hello dear friends, i have problem camera raw , lightroom. when i´m moving sliders photo or histogram strange things. it´s hard explain, see image please. doesn´t happen every time move slider, it´s getting worse. have to zoom photo refres it, normalize itself. it´s quite hard work such issue, it´s frustrating when ti repeats , still have to  zoom refresh photo. it´s time consuming. reinstalled aplication, reinstalled graphic card driver (nvidia 555m), didn´t solved problem. ideas please? thank you roman try disabling gpu. in lightroom, go edit > preferences > performance, , uncheck use graphics processor. in photoshop, go edit > preferences > camera raw, , same thing. so loaded photoshop normal in work morning , when went 'save as' file ctrl shift s, didn't come window , in fact came clone stamp tool.   i've tried ctrl alt shift start program route reset preferences i've seen everywhere. pop says should appear, doesn't. i've gone keyboard shortcuts , still saying shortcuts same, save = ctrl shift s, dont seem work. i've tried on wireless , wired keyboard i'm @ loss has happened.   my photoshop adobe photoshop cc 2017 . please help! try method reset preferences: go edit > preferences > general, , click reset preferences on quit. then close , relaunch photoshop. i successful in transferring lightroom files old computer new one.  appreciate helpful advice received adobe community.  after successful transfer, have issue puzzling , frustrating.  background:  using same monitor new computer , calibrate monitor regularly.  have not changed settings on monitor.  have photoshop cs5 on both old , new computer.  had lightroom 4.0 on old computer , upgraded lightroom 6.0 on new computer.  here problem.  when lightroom upgraded catalog, noticed images, color pretty accurate.  highlights , midtones looked quite good.  shadow areas inky black.  zone iii zone 0  got crunched no gradation.  my  knowledge, variable changed in transferring photos lightroom upgraded catalog 4.0 6.0.  thought @ first color spaces might issue.  lightroom 4.0 , 6.0 both set prophoto rbg.  "old" photoshop cs5 set prophoto rbg, "new" photoshop cs5 set srbg @ time transferred photos.  changing color space in cs5 after transferred photos made no changes in images.
