for years i've been using program called image buddy make contact sheets on every photo has different caption. (they're individual photos of students in particular class @ university teach; captions students' names.) image buddy had quirks, willing put them because did needed do. i've bought new macbook pro macos sierra on it, image buddy no longer work, , can't find trace of kepmad systems, company produced it.   so i'm trying figure out how make contact sheets lightroom 6. understand how select student photos need, switch print module, , choose number of rows , columns need. far, good. how assign each photo individual caption moves photo if rearrange photos? don't want use students' names names of photos, "file name" option under "photo info" doesn't me. does know of way batch edit text layers in still image? little background. i have 500+ scenes need scene number labels. right have go each still image , manually edit scene number. if have 500+ still images text label "showname_shownumber_scenenumber", (cartoon_101_005). so "cartoon_101_005" becomes "cartoon_101_006" then" cartoon_101_007" "cartoon_101_008" , on. iv'e tried looking script or plugin no luck. hopes high there faster way batch edit multiple text in still images. hello! i have client likes captivate course have table of contents, , embedded quiz "pass required." request once quiz formally passed, end user gets credit in lms system, wants have option of end user able lms @ time , review course content needed without disrupting lms prior understanding of "passed , complete". unfortunately, settings have modified far has not allowed me this. once user "passes" course advances, if user uses table of contents go slides before quiz - resets it, , requires user take quiz again.   any appreciated! thank you! which version using, please? what describe not normal behavior @ all. quiz: seems not @ end? allow multiple attempts on quiz level? practice not allow navigation toc while user in quiz, once score slide has been viewed , user passed quiz, there no reason why question slides reset. i'm nature , wildlife hobbyist , i'm beginning portraits asked.  means i'm working deadlines, working on various jobs @ once, , editing larger batches of images.  how keep track of completed images, unedited images, few special images stand further creative editing?   because there more learn editing portraits ever needed know editing pictures of flowers , birds, find myself bit disorganized.   currently, separate entire shoot poses or locations.  mark accepted proofs in each folder 5 star , stack edited images.  when i've post processed image, mark colored filter , add keyword of "final" on version plan export.   does have better ways of doing it? hi,   i'm resizing images , saving lower resolution , quality web. it's few hundred images spread across 13 source folders. batching 1 source folder @ time. when run batch, files saving wrong destination folder. images .jpg.   when recorded action: i set resolution, resized image, , did: file > export > save web (legacy). in save web window, set quality , metadata. selected new folder save didn't override original.   when run batch, following: file > automate > batch i select set , corresponding action want. in source, select folder choose folder has original images. none of boxes checked, , it's set stop errors. in destination, select folder choose folder want save images to. select checkbox 'override action "save as" commands'. in file naming, have document name in first field, additional text in second field, , extension in third field. when click "ok", action runs. images edited correctly (right size, image quality, , metada

our team building .pdf forms double hand-filled print forms. date fields on forms appear follows:     numerical date of written month , numerical year .   so example, might filled out as:   11 of june , 2017 .   for month, using settings in screen below:     however when attempt type valid month name field, throws following error:     using format mmm produce abbreviated month (e.g. nov, oct, etc.) not work. numerical custom formats dd do work.   what getting wrong? does approach work day , year?   does day entry validate number of days in month or assumes months have 31 days?   it appears pdf form feature wants see month, day, , year or optionally include time values of @ leas hours , minutes.   why not use drop down 12 months or use validation tab valid entered data valid.   are validating entered values verify valid date?   we not want  "29 of february 2017". hi - hope can me issue drives me (and people use e-learning package's have created captivate) crazy!   basically, have series of captivates have demo video, followed training video user interacts video isn't assessed, followed same video assessment clicks built in.   my issue applies assessment video - when learner clicks in wrong place caption appears pointing should have clicked (as in preceding training (non-assessed) video). in assessed video there noticeable delay before users actual mouse click - may second frustrating build when someone  keeps clicking in wrong place , when doesn't happen in training video)   so example, user has click in checkbox incorrectly click in checkbox b. caption appear pointing checkbox saying e.g. "click in box". if user clicks in checkbox there delay when nothing happens (about 1 second) before video responds click   i hoping simple setting somewhere can change colleagues , can't find if is   we use captivate 8 have used olde

since version 2015.5 refine edge tool (which part of 'select , mask' window) doesn't work, unselects areas , adds transparency. this bug occurred in version 2015.5 (with new 'select , mask' tool) , since then, 2015.5.1 , new 2017, haven't been resolved.   nothing seems work. tried update nvidia card (gtx970), deselect 'use graphcis processor', delete config file, uninstall , re-install photoshop - nothing helped (just clear, don't have custom brushes / presets /actions in photoshop).   i tried center (live chat) 3 times, each time said known issue , fixed 'in next update'. well, photoshop updated twice (2015.5.1, 2017), tool still broken. cant work done.   any advice?   you can try use old refine edge tool time being. hold down shift while going select > select , mask on menu bar. remember have selection made. remember: refine edge has been deprecated. it's matter of time before disappears after hold of select , mask.   mainly, i'

hi, everyone!   hoping i'm @ right spot asking here.   i'm trying build huge gallery needs have lot of categories along under categories. this looks now: gallery   as it's alright if use computer. it's not beautiful trick. on phone or other small screen starts looking horrible though. my main issue pictures never scale down show smaller version of themselves. instead crop automatically, if choose fill or not in settings.   so questions are: - how can make sure photos in gallery gets smaller without cropping when shown on smaller screen? - have experience of building large gallery or have found widget trick? hello, i have problem publishing output file directly premiere pro or adobe media encoder 2015.3 ftp server. have made preset required settings such address, login, password etc. , tested - went fine , connection established. when tried publish video right after exporting it, failed because wasn't able make connection.   i noticed everytime open export settings window, need repeat typing correct password ftp server, because automatically replaced else, has twice many signs proper password. guess once i'm in export settings window , type in correct password , hit "test connection", works, when close export settings window , open again, proper password mysteriously replaced longer line - , that's why can't connect ftp server.   (of course don't have problem transfer file manually via filezilla or teamviewer.)   so question - how avoid it? can prevent weird change makes impossible publish files directly prom premiere/ame? here's what's been happening copy of ps cc lately when try enter filter gallery (filter>filter gallery...). restarting program/computer using other images not help, image in correct mode filter usage (8 bit/channel) , both ps cc & bridge up-to-date. there plenty of free space on scratch disk. thing has changed i've updated bridge latest version, otherwise didn't find info start solving problem...
