hello,   i'm trying install photoshop cc 2017 in our citrix xendesktop enviroment appdisks-feature (similar vmware's app volumes/appstacks. use non-persistent virtual desktops.   for packaging used adobe creative cloud packager , created msi/setup.exe-package photoshop cc 2017 (creative cloud teams). after installing master-image/appdisks package, deploy xendesktop appdisks, logging in creative cloud , starting photoshop, error:   "the com.adobe.preview.loader extension not loaded because not signed.".   the common workaround described here: photoshop com.adobe.preview.loader extension not loaded not applicable in xendesktop enviroment.   who can give use hint, how install photoshop cc correctly in non-persistent desktop enviroment? i opened .psd file , loaded selection.  used refine edge improve selection.  had single raster layer (not background layer).  when wanted save work did in refine edge, noted selection , layer mask output options grayed-out.  can explain me why might be? what version of photoshop. adobe replacing refine edge select , mask.  though can still refine edge has been reported refine edge removed. hi guys,   apologies in advance i'm basic ae user. i've been looking through forums can't find exact answer need ...   basically, i'm working imported video i've added time code (effects>text>numbers). i'd "fast forward" through sections of video , slow down real-time rest of time (i've been doing time-mapping).   a few questions:   1) when speed sections of video, how make time code speed proportionally well? right now, keeps ticking in "real time" though video playing speeding up. give context, video of timed event it's bit important maintain accurate timeline.   2) how ensure length of video proportionally shrinks compress sections? it's adhering video's original length.   3) sorry, know basic question, when use time-mapping, how ensure parts of video speed done @ consistent speed?   thanks , patience. appreciate it. how ensure parts of video speed done @ consistent speed? you don't. that's timewarp effect f

i've had problem colour change when export tif jpeg (for web) in ps. don't know why has happened, think might result of last ps update.   if export photo jpeg in lightroom have no problems. in photoshop doesn't make difference if choose save as, or export web, colour still changes. if photo has, example, blue sky, sky looks purplish. if there skin tones darker , sort of 'spray tan orange' colour.   i'm working in lr prophoto , same in ps. should exporting srgb web? mind you, have tried , no change - still looks awful. i've spent literally hours trying find out what's wrong.   help gratefully appreciated. converting srgb and embedding profile absolute must images going on web. in save web , export dialogs, make sure both convert srgb , embed profile checked. if save as, use edit > convert profile convert srgb first, make sure icc profile box checked in save dialog. guten tag,   ich habe das problem dass wenn ich ebooks ausleihen möchte, im adobe digital editions eine fehlermeldung kommt dass der download nicht möglich sei. "fehler beim abrufen der lizenz. lizenzserver kommunikationsfehler e_auth_bad_device_key_or_pkcs12"   ich hatte die version 3.0. danach habe auf die aktuelle version 4.5.2 umgestellt. der fehler ist aber der gleiche. bisher hatte ich keine probleme mit dem download. die ebooks erscheinen erst garnicht im adobe digital editions. die authorisierung wird als ok angezeigt.   auch der versuch die authorisierung zu löschen und neu anzulegen brachte nichts.   die authorisierung lässt sich nicht löschen.    es kommt die fehlermeldung dass die authorisierung nicht gelöscht werden kann und ich soll es später wieder versuchen. die angezeigte e-mail adresse sowie das passwort (anmeldung für adobe id) stimmen.   auch eine erneute reinstallation brachte nichts, da die bisherige authorisierung sofort wiederdrin war.   freundli

i’m working on simple project in after effects 2017.  after creating composition (1920 x 1080p), send render queue , encode using (avi) default setting.   import avi file in premiere pro project.  @ first, avi file created in after effects works fine (maybe week or so).  however, on time, white horizontal lines randomly begin appearing throughout original avi file.  it's if avi file became corrupted. does know possibly causing horizontal white lines appear?  in advance help. hi smarino,   which operating system , system specs? please attach screenshot of white horizontal lines. are able see lines, if open video in media player?   thanks, kulpreet singh More discussions in After Effects adobe

hi,   i have panasonic dmc-lx100 camera , shoot in raw mode, on camera can use filters directly 1 shoot / take picture. if import raw files in lightroom 2015.7 release camera raw 9.7, lr remove filters. you see importing pictures original photo filter , after importing see lr remove filters.   how original photo's filters back?   i tried reset picture in develop mode doesn't work.   thanks helping me out.   with kind regards, erik lotte the in-camera modifications not appear in lr or acr when shooting raw. in lightroom , acr, raw sensor data, unaffected in-camera modifications.   if want in-camera modifications, can shoot jpg, or can use camera manufacturer's software. hello forum members,   i have nested sequence multicamera enabled on timeline.  keying green screen using "ultra key" effect.  after few minutes of adjusting key program monitor goes black.  if double click on edit, source monitor black also.  can scrub timeline in sequence and/or program monitor , hear audio no video displays @ all.  if "undo" edits , adjustments, no video displays in source monitor or program monitor.  way video display again restart adobe premiere.  started adjusting ultra key, video disappears.   here things have done in attempt remedy issue:   1.  cleared media cache 2.  reset preferences 3.  running "premiere pro cc 2015.3" updated "premiere pro cc 2017" 4.  checked update gpu there none though invidia offering "gaming driver"   none of above solved problem.   the following did yield partial solutions:   a.  under "project settings", "general", "video rendering , playback" select &quo

i created new html document template story page (i write , publish stories online). test webpage works changed placeholder text story title name of book - alan's story. added paragraph of story text body of document , saved file.   however when open in safari changes had not taken , when did page source view placeholder still read story title , there no story text visible rest of template fine designed it.   any ideas thanks alan sounds safari might have sticky cache, empty , try looking @ page again.   if uploaded page, , clearing cache isn't working, may server caching files. try looking on computer/device , if it's still showing same old info, , there no error alert during upload, might worth talking hosting company make sure tthey disable kind of server caching. i'm trying acrobat pre-populate date field today's date. have placed following code in "page open" section:   var f = this.getfield("date"); f.value = util.printd("mm/dd/yyyy", new date());   date field name. format matches format field. when open document following error:   "invalid date/time: please ensure date/time exists. field [date] should match format mm/dd/yyyy"   the date appears in field proper format. idea why i'm getting error? it's strange indeed... if use script populate value of field there's no real reason use date format option. try setting none. hi there,   i got new problem color efex pro 4 "performance" of black tone. use macbook pro (15 inch, 2011) 2 video cards: first 1 integrated , second 1 amd radeon hd 6490m 256 mb. in past i've got problem integrated gpu, @ not should problem.   here screenshot i've done on photoshop. took picture.     and same picture opened in color efex pro 4.     the black tones more dark real image without filter applied. if try apply filter , come on photoshop result not right. don't know problem, tried delete , re-install nik software, nothing happened.   what problem? thank you! there awful lot of options in color fx pro 4.  might useful if showed screen shot of original image open in color fx window, this: what preset using?  seldom use it, , wondering if can reset defaults.  know how? it might worth turning off gpu acceleration settings bottom left corner.   color efex pro 4 tour - nik collection help More discussions in Photoshop adobe

i started shooting sony a7r2 (compressed raw) , noticed small alert in lens corrections tab in develop module.   this surprising have turned off 3 lens compensation options in camera menu. when click "i" icon reveals following:   apparently chromatic aberration correction applied in lightroom whether select in camera or in lightroom. seems me choice should remain individual not forced seems. while apply chromatic aberration images there times, when evaluating new lens instance, want turn off.   i intersted if more in know can shed light on this.   -louie the lens profile supplied sony camera manufacturer , applied camera firmware if shoot in jpeg mode. if shoot raw info in thew raw file , being applied adobe @ sony's behest. i have still image of tv screen on table, extended in timeline 1 minute. during minute want animate different things on screen. i trying still image of kid on tricycle(transparent background .png) animate across tv screen left right. i need on tv screen on table, kid on tricycle needs masked can't see the still image of him, left, outside tv. when crosses in front of tv screen square area goes left right. hope can understand getting at.   now, can duplicating still image of tv, , putting @ top of stacking order, draw mask on tv, , invert mask. show video layer underneath of kid on tricycle, only when crosses masked area, viola. done.   just wondering if there method, easier way, duplication?   is there video shows how can done in premiere pro cc? i can in after effects easy, sure have done in premiere using masking or something.   i took 8 month break editing, , @ it. rusty. thanks. hi there - i'm avid lightroom user hitting performance limits of windows pc. don't mind if export task takes while frustrated whenever takes lightroom long open image (simply loading preview in high quality when moving 1 image next in e.g. develop mode) or switch library develop mode (which frequently). odd find lightroom on ipad pro opens images faster windows pc. rebuilding 1:1 previews whenever notice these strong lags doesn't seem really.   this current setup: windows 10 intel core i7 6700k (4 core) cpu 32gb ram ddr4-2400 asus geforce gtx 1070 8gb lightroom 6 latest version geekbench result main hard drive (ssd) windows separate hard drive (sata) holds lightroom library   this contemplating: a) 2 or 4tb ssd and put entire lightroom library onto ssd. b) overclock current cpu ~4.4ghz c) replace motherboard , cpu all-together e.g. 8 core cpu one . d) second video card?   which (or combination thereof) best strategy @ point? or other way around, 1 not add performance light

dear adobe,   i'm not 1 write on forums, but, sit here waiting cc app update itself, can update lightroom (which worked until updated cc app yesterday), have 10 (maybe more) minutes kill. process started yesterday when spent hour trying in design work, after upgrading osx sierra. wouldn't start (again, worked few days ago when last tried it) , needed update - should easy right? no. update it, had first update cc app, took hour. had wait new cc app open - 5 minutes - little while tell me apps needed updating.  here sit again, waiting lightroom update, deadline looming.   this not request help. know there's things can make computer run faster, few years old! having said that, know way around mac , have used products since late 1990's. i've used lightroom daily since first launched , big fan. not fan of piece of junk make paying customers use in order keep wonderful adobe apps date. not embarrassed? designed this? why did think idea make app gives access 'assets
