Why does Cinema 4D Lite fail every time I update to a new AE?

this getting old. @ least 3rd ae update that, once updated refuses open projects cinema 4d files or start new one. same error every time.

and yes, have possible running in administrator mode. doesn't help.

i should not have spend hours searching forums , posting on them update software. new version comes dread excitement.

it seems if go in delete 14.0 folder appdata/roaming work , force rebuild.
i looked had last time. procedure takes update software? twice in row?
