bonjour, je travaille avec indesign cs 6 version 8.1  sur mac os x 10.9.5 et depuis qq temps il plante au moins deux fois par jour. ceci arrive souvent quand un fichier .idlk ne s’efface pas à la fermeture du fichier .indd. mais aussi alors que je travaille sur un quelquonque fichiers indesign étant impossible d'enregistrer le document.   si parfois je peux rouvrir indesign en éliminant le fichier provisoire, il se peut que indesign plante et que je doive redémarrer l’ordinateur pour pouvoir le relancer, en perdant par la suite tous les paramètre tels que les préférences, l’espace de travail choisi auparavant, les impressions prédéfinies, etc.   j’ai déjà réinitialise les préférences, passé utilitaire de disque, onyx, changé de gestionnaire de polices et même réinstalle complétement toute la suite adobe, mais rien n’y fait.   je penche pour un conflit d’autorisations mais je ne sais plus quoi faire sauf migrer le tout dans un autre compte.   mais si quelqu’un une autre solution moi

hey everyone, all of sudden gpu not being recognized ae - @ all. instead of quadro k2000m gpu, ae shows intel hd graphics instead. this screenshot ae 2017 edition installed few minutes ago: (the opengl section displays quadro gpu , texture memory can set higher values. weirdly, cuda section hasn't changed terrible performance in 3d it's not working should). i tried reinstall 2016 version, remove gpu drivers system, try install new drivers (including standard quadro ode , qdf drivers - both of didn't work); no help.   other applications photoshop recognize gpu properly. thanks help! okay, i've came across fix wondering:   the issue caused new set of drivers gpu. went c:/nvidia , found out few older extracted drivers couple months ago, decided install those.   first, go device manager, find gpu - right click, uninstall (be sure tick "remove software drivers"). install older drivers reboot   opengl work gpu. i've been having impossible import issues video files in lightroom months now.  upgraded today el capitan sierra os on macbook.  thought try importing video again hoping work not optimistic.   well.....this happened.   i selected video files i've been wanting import months (400 clips) , sat watch fail.   i noted when started seeing actual thumbnails video clips prior starting import.  haven't seen thumbnails video in awhile.  didn't think of though.   all of sudden video clips started importing......and importing actually.  when got 50 files stopped dead in it's tracks.    i unable continue import , had cancel it. 50 files imported though.   i once again able import single file.  dynamic link server failures or "no photos or video found import" errors.    so frustrating.  and......there no thumbnails when go import.  "preview unavailable file".  wondering if somehow related.   grrr...   thanks, sunil   (edited) like 2 weeks ago https://feedback

in last couple of weeks lightroom has been having trouble importing images camera.  @ first download approx. 80% of images.  won't download any.  when plug in camera download / import, of images appear.  when select "import", status bar shows importing no images appear in grid has done in past.  can download fine directly pc when try import images way alternative same thing.  need solution quickly.  i've dealt slowness , occasional freezing this?  love lr stands there proving not efficient editing software program.  , suggestions or appreciated , needed. lightroom version 6.7 windows 10 - version 10.0 canon 5d markiii   thank you! david More discussions in Lightroom Classic CC adobe

error message:  there error opening printer. printing functions not available until have selected printer , reopened documents.   i started having problems printing in ps mac after upgrading sierra. ps crash every time tried printing. saw many others had same problem , figured adobe or apple issue patch fix , switched printing lightroom. along came cc 2017 , figured well....not. above error whenever try print.   i've followed steps can find. uninstalled , reinstalled printers. reset printing system , deleted drivers. installed printers new.   no love...   i'm pretty upset adobe. have had 6 months sierra beta right. every other app has right , able print fine photoshop, expensive of lot. adobe sold stupid subscription , auto updates part of , that's last thing want. well, i'm going download few of other trial editor apps , maybe 1 of them let me quit subscription - plain unacceptable , bush league company used best of breed.   i'm disgusted adobe @ point. if users ca

hi, me , friend working together. pc notebook. known how sync them together. mean adobe stuffs premiere , after effect. because have lot of render presets  or working spaces. , dont see them @ notebook... i sync them from. i've run problem when importing dwg illustrator.   the dwg in question detailed portion of coastline seen below.   i've checked , triple checked in 3ds max, rhino , autocad singular enclosed path points welded , no missing edges. when importing .dwg illustrator error below.     it seems when illustrator drawing path gets stuck on point, gives , draws straight line first point. i've checked problem point in question it's same every other point , if delete it, problem gets passed onto it's nearest neighbor. rest of path imported separate path below problem path.   if simplify original path in 3ds max, results in loss detail, , export again import correctly.   i delete straight segment , merge 2 paths together. band aid on singular problem, i'm after solution 1 of many layers need import.    i've exported multiple formats (ai, dwg, dxf) multiple software packages (cad, 3ds max, rhino) , more or less same error. running latest illustrator 2017.   any or ideas ap

i'm newbie trying transition pinnacle studio.   i start editing working ok.   if dbl click on video clip big wide display/panel. sound, video frozen. if click on timeline, video moves , no sound ??  can’t find way normal display sound , video works editing.   then @ times display shows video , sound. however, bar below shows progress , sound levels, not move.   i have display mode in ‘composite’.   i clicked on wrenches , did right clicks, , not find way.   there seems no rhyme or reason, i'm sure i'm not doing right.   thanks! gary - whats premeire version ? whats file format , codec ?   - can take picture see layout, may need reset workspace , restart program.   - if dont have of user setting try reset premiere default preference  :   to restore default preference settings, hold down alt (windows) or option (mac os) while application starting. can release alt key or option key when splash screen appears.     muhannad, More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe

hi! i'm doing form fill has 32 pages. since people scroll down go next page fields in want them see label or button says "important" or "don't forget" know have fill part well. want hide when click or put pointer on it. know how hide button properties: add action. however, whenever open document again, can't see label. i appreciate if me you set page action initial page shows of buttons. triggered again if user moves initial page , later navigates it.   you achieve same thing using document level javascript shows of buttons when document opened. simple as:     getfield("button1").display = display.noprint;  // show button, make non-printing getfield("button2").display = display.visible;  // or make button visible , printable // continue of rest of fields   but use actual button names you're using. i have done everything. on chat adobe customer care (what joke) , still can't "right-click" on jpg, png, tiff, etc. , set bridge default program. can make photoshop default app photos, can't bridge work. working on windows 7.   it doesn't seem windows problem because other adobe apps work fine when set them default app. also, worked fine before update. have solution doesn't involve doing these steps? tried file associations in control panel > programs > default programs. it's same dialog pointless try.   it still doesn't show program can "use" open file. yet, can view pictures in it, have go long way find them or copy , paste location in bridge. after spending close 2 hours dealing less helpful adobe "support chat" problem wasn't fixed. then, long after went home thought of possible solution. bridge supposed .exe file. morning checked properties of bridge (under program files > adobe > adobe bridge 2017). said appl
