Premiere Elements 13 crashing on launch (Windows 10)

i have windows 10 (upgraded 8.1) , premiere elements 13 running until few weeks ago. tried running today, crashes on startup, on splash screen.

 

i have uninstalled , reinstalled everything, still crashing. checked logs , there nothing there.

 

does have idea should run again?

do have nvidia or geforce graphics card? drivers they've released on past couple of weeks "breaking" programs left , right, including premiere elements.

 

some people claim driver on nvidia site released in past day or 2 fixes things. others have had roll driver couple of weeks.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
