hi, i upgraded newest macos system sierra 10.12 , indesign cs 6 slow , unexpectedly quit compared before. read in 1 of forum posting mention  quit fontd @ activity monitor workaround . works when change font chinese characters, cs6 crashes.   please help!   jas and if go discussion you'll see has been pointed out on , on again cs6 not supported under sierra. fact 1 workaround helps in instances not change fact going facing issues may not fixable.   hopefully have suggestion on own. good day all,   getting error when viewing pdf documents of "insufficient data image". error occurs on random pdf's , multiple different users. can open pdf error on specific page, left black. rest of document viewing fine. aka can view page 1-3 no error, page 4 - error message , blank can view page 5-20 again no issue.   checked , verified adobe acrobat updates loaded. tested same document microsoft edge, pdf viewer , microsoft word without errors.   any assistance appreciated. hi johan_kok101,   could please confirm facing problem particular  document or with  other pdf files well? you may please refer doc similar issue has been addressed how fix "insufficient data image" error? hi,   i'll point problem. ae cc 2017 + c4d r17 i have file in c4d camera movement (all 3 keyframes ) there laptop comming view camera moves, , when of visible camera continues move in smooth slow movement farther away computer. easy.   when imported ae, set in it's own composition move time indicator beginning of timeline (if not - 1 sec of layers visible, , keyframes offset end of timeline -wierd) click extract , point gets funny. when choose import cinema 4d camera, gets slight rebound @ end of last movement, when in c4d camera smoothly moves until last keyframe, looks movemen yoyo.   the problem starts precomps , footage i'd composit on laptop's screen. while laptops moves in it's own cinema 4d style (good) the additional footage follows strangely behaving camera extracted file (bad). i've looked on internet , tried many ways, nothing works.   please guys, i'd try new me method. know can  export data ae , render frames stills in c4d, hey, isn't cinew

hi ... i'm hoping can perhaps shed light on issue. have until been editing hd projects using new intel g3240 3.10ghz 16gb ram. has worked 100% except pc did not have dedicated separate graphics card ... instead used onboard graphics motherboard. whilst fine in editing phase, problem when exported media files took ages ... 16 hours export 1 hour video. told if got separate graphics card reduce exporting time. got nvidea quadro k620 card , see under "project settings" gives me added option of "mercury playback engine gpu acceleration cuda"  along original "software only" option, have been using until now. tried export 1 of projects via new gpu cuda setting , goes until half way through export, when message pops "error compiling move - unknown error" , cannot complete export .... never happened when using "software only" option before got new cars.   added problem new 1 since new nvidea card installed. original hd footage play in sourc

i've started downloading books public library, uses adobe digital editions (i had download laptop) , once downloaded, there able transfer book nook.  managed 2 books, won't transfer.    the book in adobe digital editions library , looks 'normal' when transfer nook folder/bookshelf (drag , drop), error message there's no permission copy (i've tried 3 different books now).  plus, keep getting nook popup window choose program.  and, book showing in nook's library when try open it, tells me program not supported.  don't know what's gone wrong since had worked fine past week. same ..it shows down loading nook& when try read it,it can't found!very frustrating!!!!! while new adobe premiere, know how export video. exported recent project 18 minutes long in proper format, listed below. once done exporting, video play fine freeze @ 12 minute mark. video wasn't ended there. frozen on scene. timeline showed video 18 minutes long, frozen on spot last 6 minutes. no audio heard. i, then, exported different project 15 minutes in length see if same. was. froze @ same mark in video. after trying reexport videos several times, decided export in different manner producing wav , .m2v files. not frozen, audio , video didn't line up. suggestions?   format: h.264 1080p 29.97 progressive try disabling gpu acceleration. did try both direct export , through adobe media encoder cue? ich habe vor kurzem einen neuen mac mit el capitan bekommen. darauf arbeite ich mit indesign cs6. von anfang habe ich probleme mit der darstellung von text.   und zwar habe ich folgende probleme:   1. wenn ich in einem textfeld arbeite passiert es manchmal, dass der text einer gesamten spalte unsichtbar wird. wenn ich weiter in dem textfeld arbeite, wird der text plötzlich wieder sichtbar. es ist sehr irritierend, dass der text plötzlich unsichtbar wird, wie kann man dieses problem lösen?   2. ich weiß nicht wann und warum das passiert, aber ab und zu kommt es vor, dass alle wörter im gesamten absatz extrem gestaucht aussehen (fast als wäre die laufweite auf -200 gestellt), aber es ist "nur" ein anzeige-fehler, im pdf sieht das dann normal aus und wenn ich mir die einstellungen vom absatz ansehe ist auch alles normal. wenn ich das indesign file schließe und wieder öffne, sieht der text meistens auch wieder normal aus. es ist aber extrem störend im workflow…   3. text und anwe

hello   i've started premiere pro trial few days ago , edited video i'm unable export. the export fails on , on again part @ same point (34%..) error code 1609629690. i'm using surface pro 3 core i5 running windows 10. tried export @ least 30 times no success while changing parameters etc. part of mitigation tried following steps: restarted surface pro, rendered smaller segments in order identify segments may causing issue, removed suspicious still photos, tried different output types , tried export based on previews.   i've worked other editing software before , never had these problems.   would appreciate advice. same issue goju. i'm running macbook pro 15in 2016. during export computer crashes, no error message, pure crash. i'm on deadline , can't find solution. i see group of buttons appear on every slide. however "button" "check box" , "drag , drop" grayed out when i'm in content master slide. is not recommended place buttons on content master slide? what best practices using content master slides?. are logos common graphics , copyright lines? most types of interactive objects cannot added master slides.  includes text buttons, transparent buttons, image buttons, click boxes , text entry boxes.   however, if insert smart shape object master slide , select option use button can have interactivity want available on slides use master.   note objects on master slides not have object identifier name.  cannot use advanced actions hide or show them dynamically.  if need this, better option place interactive smart buttons on first slide , set timing rest of project.  have id name , can control visibility via advanced actions. i have 3 files in collection similar histories, 2 .nef , 1 ...hdr.dng.  when sync these files lr mobile 2 of them in lr mobile fine on of nef files syncs image blank,  ie black box no image in it.  if tap cloud in upper left corner reports, "all date".  when try open it, after spinner times out, little cloud in upper left formed dashed lines , has white circle 2 verticla bars in it.  have tried whole process several times same result. have tried putting same file totally seperate collection , got same result.   idea causing particular file act way.  have never had happen before try create virtual copy of file, , see if syncs ok. hallo,   ich nutze adobe acrobat standard dc auf einem englischen os (windows 10). ich hatte bisher eine installation auf deutsch, musste aber adobe neu installieren. bei der installation gab es probleme, daher hatte mir der support empfohlen mit dem acrobat cleaner den pc zu "reinigen". bei der neuinstallation wird das system automatisch auf englisch installiert - dabei keine anfrage der sprachversion (wie vom support angegeben) :-( normalerweise, kann ich ja die sprache über preferences ändern - das funktioniert aber nicht. diverse "tricks" versucht, starten als admin. komplette neuinstallation etc. nichts funktioniert, wäre daher über jeden tipp dankbar.   übrigens, habe noch den reader - der läuft problemlos auf deutsch.   danke!   michael ctrl-taste drücken und adobe acrobat starten (ohne ein dokument zu öffnen). dann erscheint eine dropdown-liste, bei der man die sprache auswählen kann. wenn die reine englische version von adobe acrobat installiert wurde, fu
