**update: problem resolved. thread can closed.   but if new phonegap (like me) ever experiences problems phonegap build app not launching website (if trying make phonegap app launches website), advise thoroughly reading cordova-inappbrowser documentation , doing lots of trial/error config.xml , index.html. also: don't build app if you're targeting app stores -- chances app rejected. if targeting enterprise isn't obstacle, suggestion never anyway (there far many pitfalls , issues doing so, including huge security risks). i know encore has been dropped hot potato. however, producing bd disks  taping of events customers way of making income. can't sell .mov file person. want "something can stick bd player , see video. menus , chapters".   and, use mac os x exclusively, leaves adobe encore solution out there.   all want ability import chapters , position , name, type of editable file, csv, html, xml, flat file, excell, sqlite database, or ever. i not use premier pro, use fcpx, have lot of time , money in fcpx. fcpx produce export in xml. can convert fcpx ever format need adobe!, please update encore can save me lot of time importing chapter information. i pay this .   please note can not import fcpx (or other video application) project pr, transitions, fonts , effects have identical in both pr , fcpx or import change project ! , know not possible.   please adobe, listen us   ps why project file encrypted??? pr isn't     adobe licensed authorcore encore sonic. main reason encore's

hi, how export scene transparent background? in media encoder renders black background. i'd open in final cut pro x. thanks the settings important within media encoder.   video formats not allow alpha layers. in media encoder export settings.   choose quicktime format.  custom preset.      scroll down , set video codec png,  scroll down little further , set depth 32.  alpha layer should render now.   ask google or other known list of acceptable  adobe media encoder alpha channel formats. hello,   we have moved illustrator cs6 cc 2015.2.1 on os x 10.11.6 , having issue changing values using transform.   if select corner direct selection tool has x value of 89.999mm example , round number 90mm after pressing enter , clicking on corner again value reverts 89.999mm. seems happen when value different of .001mm. same happens when changing value tool bar. this issue didn't happen in cs6, change value described , stay @ value if difference 0.001mm.   does know why happening , if behaviour can changed how in cs6?   regards,   tom in preferences check if "scale preview bounds" turned on. i have similar problem, running photoshop cs6 on surface pro 4. when i'm using projects surface pro freezes/crashes , requires restart since can't interact on screen.   this happens more when tablet charging, i've had surface pro 4 less 6 months , problem has been becoming more frequent. seems surface pro 4 might overheating don't have knowledge of these things.   when first got surface able run youtube/chrome in background while worked, i'm cautious seems everytime use photoshop cs6 extended periods it'll crash surface , lose progress. i'm using macbookpro late2011 i5, 16gb ram, intel hd graphics 3000 with illustrator 2015.3   i've done projects far without problems. for new project licensed vector-graphics of adobe-stock.   problem: graphics seem not vectors. licensed, marked blue button. if enlarge them, quality isn't printable @ all. big pixels.     first thought, might have chosen wrong graphics non-vector content, problem appears every adobe-stock graphic. text-content appears not sharp. so i'm persuaded there might simple answer question.   thanks help! can give example of file name or number of adobe stock file gives problems? how open these files? i've been using illustrator on 20 years now, , i've wondered if there tips grabbing bezier handles or points.  frustrated when click , click , can't grab point.  there setting or keep me pulling hair out?   years ago, used use pen tool , on fly hold command or cntrl (i forget) , change mouse hallow arrow, change bezier , keep going pen.  feature seems missing, wonder if there's way also. which version of illustrator using?   the cmd modifier key should still work. first select direct selection tool, pen tool , start drawing. holding down cmd temporarily activate direct selection tool.   doesn't work you? i'm using photoshop cc 2017, , when create 3d animation using keyframes on video timeline, camera position animation not updating play or drag playhead. if animate 3d bject itself , works, if animate camera , it's not following playhead movements (pressing play button or dragging playhead , forth). view updates release playhead, not while drag (it's not pre-rendering issue plays smooth 2nd time around - it's same every time try it).   the weird thing if select not-3d layer, , drag playhead or press play, camera animation plays ok. of course, rough preview, update in real time. still, select 3d layer again, same problem back: object animation plays, camera animation doesn't. since bit confusing explain, i've recorded small video showing mean simple cube:   3d camera animation plays not-3d layer? - youtube   i've seen video tutorials not happening, far ones i've seen recorded using previous versions of photoshop, don't know if have changed in recent

hey,   would great if on left side of timeline each track there vertical slider adjust volume/opacity. problem with current way (yellow lines) can't precise it. i'd use mouse wheel adjust volume, that way can volume want. either allow mouse wheel adjust yellow volume line on time line, or add slider on left side. if you've got feature request, should contact adobe directly it. user user forum.   but in meantime: * can adjust volume precisely using slider or numbers if select clip , open adjustments panel. * can adjust opacity precisely using slider or numbers if select clip , open effects settings panel. * can apply settings you've made 1 clip several clips right-clicking on 1 clip, selecting copy, selecting other clips, right-clicking , select paste effects , attributes. as photographer work lightroom , photoshop/bridge. load pictures directly external hard drive, process pictures in lightroom fill in caption. when open them in bridge, can read caption.   recently had work on macbook, because imac send reparation. i've got , see when connect external hard drive imac , in bridge want read caption of pictures on hard drive, caption totally empty! when plug hard drive @ macbook again, , use bridge on macbook, caption filled in. what's going wrong? do have warning on update metadate in lr? might need re-import metadata file in lr. hi all,   i in middle of cutting short film majority of footage 25 fps, pal, 1920x1080.  i'll exporting @ setting too.   the problem have drone footage 23.97fps, 4k, ntsc.  when play footage in premiere noticeably choppy.  when export @ 1920x1080, 25fps, pal , watch in vlc still looks choppy.    i have tried modifying each clip , switching them 25 fps no avail.  i've tried adding clips 1920x1080, 25fps timeline , timeline which  matches source (i.e. 4k, 23.97 fps, ntsc).  have pretty fast late 2014 macbook pro 16gb ram, 512gb ssd, 2gb nvidia graphics , i7 processor can't hardware that's issue.   can advise me on best solution might this?  have read 'optical flow' setting - @ all?   thanks in advance.   rajan ntsc in pal timeline has been pita. optical flow might work on export not in timeline. trial , error.   next time avoid other 25 or 50 fps. i "had" upgrade cc due fact old imac dying , had one.  tried running cs5 on new one, it's not performing correctly.  can tell me if it's possible rid of black area in photo 1 can see desktop in photo 2?  cs 5 easier work in vs. cc because can have different folders of photos , see them.  in cc 2017, these folders hidden black background (maybe it's called art board, not sure??).  "art board" thing reminds me of many moons ago when started out on pse.  appreciated !!   photoshop > preferences > interface , select lighter color scheme. 初めまして。 illustrator ccの起動トラブルに関して質問させていただきます。   まず当方のpc環境は以下の通りです。 os : os x el captain (10.11.6) macbook pro (retina,15 inch, 2013) プロセッサ : intel core i7 / 2.4 ghz メモリ : 8gb 1600mhz ddr3 グラフィックス : nvidia geforce gt 650m 1024mb   この環境下で、2014年の5月よりcreative cloudの正規ユーザーとなり、 これまで新規リリースがあるたびにアップデートしつつ、 主にillustrator/photoshop/acrobat dcを中心に仕事で使用してきていますが、 illustrator cc(2015)ver 19.1.0あたりのアップデートから、 突然起動しなくなるという現象が発生しだしました。 起動中にレインボーのホイールが回った状態で、dockにaigpusnifferというappが起動します。 しかし、エラーメッセージも何も出ず、イラレも動かず、という状態になり、 イラレ・aigpusnifferともに強制終了させるしかないという状況になってしまいます。 ちなみにこの状態になってしまう状況下だと、photoshop/dreamwaverなど他のグラフィックアプリのファイルも一切開かなくなってしまいました。 ただしacrobat dc（pdfファイル）は編集可能な状態で、普通に使用できました。 これまでは、何回かに一回発生したり、発生しても翌日は使えたりと、不安定なものの使用できていましたが、 先日、最新のバージョンのaiにアップデートした際、全く使えない状況になってしまったため ひとまず、全adobe製品を完全削除し、再度aiとpsをインストールしてテストしたところ、ファイルやappからではなく、adobe cc managerの開くコマンド からだとai/psともに起動しました。が、一晩たって今日、また全く起動しなくなってしまい、再度、完全削除の手順にしたがい、 何度も、使い始めた時のバージョンから、すべて試してみましたが、一向に状況が改善されなくなってしまったため、 泣く泣くこちらに質問させていただいています。   ネット
