PS Elements10 download and install problems

having problems ps elements 10. have copy of discs , serial number.

i have installed on mac desktop on macbookair - died. want load program onto new macbook pro.

after downloading dmg file, double click pse icon on screen, double click blue folder, , can double click open contents red install folder. double clicking install gives window saying there no install, eject disc.

have download few times same result.

perhaps macbook air version still activated? cannot find how check or deactivate. still want remain on desktop mac.

 

can let me know how see if have open activation new macbook? and

let me know doing wrong download , activate version on new macbook?

they both running sierra no issues.

there must answer.

it looks dvd damaged.  suggest, download fresh installation file link:

when installing, choose "test" initially, , see if works on machine.  if work , happy on it, can enter product serial number.  you'll prompted enter serial number every time launch have plenty of time this.  in fact have 30 days use without entering serial number.

 

sometimes, when activation fails, need contact adobe deactivate old machines no longer in use because either damaged or stolen or whatever.  if use link:
