hi,   i wondering how open .aid recovery files created illustrator when data recovery setup.   thanks. hi   i had problem today file saved. important file logo concepts important client. i closed saved file , tried opening little while later, got error message file unknown. i tried searching recovery file in datarecovery folder, there wasn't recent one.   luckily had time machine backup , went datarecovery file , found .aid recovery file. checked opening in textedit , searching image links had used.   i tried searching internet solution on how open .aid file, couldn't find 1 anywhere anywhere.   i contacted adobe directly , told me; " unfortunately it's not possible". point of having datarecovery folder if can't recover files!!!   thankfully discovered solution! 1. open datarecovery folder. to check you're folder located, open illustrator , go preferences/file handling & clipboard/datarecovery.   2. create new document in illustrator , wait new .aid

i use lr cc on dell pc. have many issues importing ready never use again. problem paying cc package , why should have use software?   right working on composite in photoshop.  imported images working onto pc website. then   imported catalog.  created compostie in ps and  saved in tif , jpg onto pc in same folder originals.   when try open in  lightroom not find jpg images @ all.  deleted whole file catalog , thought , start over. find tif composite. wont find of original images or jpgs created.     i consistently have many issues lr, wastes of time!!!  last time imported card onto pc. realized wanted import external pc.  lr wouldn't let me. had images greyed out tho unclicked not import duplicates. not let me copy external pc.   i consistently have issues. if knows of different program use love hear it. amazed how poorly program runs. i'm reading between lines little bit here. if understanding not correct please clarify. indicate creating composite image using photoshop , sav

i hope can shed light on problem having , me resolve it! getting magenta color cast when sending black & white images print including blurb. did color management inside photoshop: converted profile srgb > adobe (ace) engine , perceptual intent > use black point compensation > flatten image preserve appearance. thank you black , white images challenging print. takes slight shift in 1 color of ink throw neutral balance off. have tried both rgb , cmyk black , white images blurb, , both came out green me. if image neutral rgb image, color problem printer, not photoshop. 1 solution print black ink (greyscale), result not rich image printed colors. when preview website in muse, looks fine in browser. when upload site server, live site's text smaller. the above image preview muse. and image live site. i'm using same browser each time, , never changed size of window. issue settings in muse or did go wrong when uploaded server? website hosted through godaddy , uploaded using filezilla.   all of text smaller (the jc dirks part of background photo - it's not text). it's not menu shrinks, it's everything.    added new micro sd card surface pro 4 (windows 10) , after moving images hd sd card outside of lr (couldn't work inside lr), added new sd drive folder within lr.  saw pictures expected noted "missing" sycronized folder , left "remove missing photos catalog" option selected.  photos >2500 mapped current catalog in folder structure wanted noticed lack edits , ratings.  since allowed lr remove missing photos catalog, appears i've lost way "find" missing photos , map of original ratings , edits them.  can on this? have updated folder location lightroom knows images on sd card? if moved images , lightroom still looking them in previous location, why missing. have backup catalog can revert to? once images have been removed catalog lightroom no longer has information them. way "recover" them import them again. if still using same images of adjustments should still in place show lightroom images located.. i'm working customer have implemented simple entitlement server using sample source code available here: set entitlement service aem mobile apps   the signin process , restricted distribution working great on our ios , android apps, not on desktop web viewer app. when trying sign in web viewer app, message says "the username or password entered incorrect". i've double checked entitlement server working using postman. checks out.   again, entitlement works great on ios , android apps, not desktop web viewer. ideas? ok, found answer...here is. maybe else out. love new of app, unfortunately, still having many issues media browser in premiere pro cc2017 might still using cs6.   issues include: hanging up, glitchy when selecting or opening files in source window (particularly in avchd directories) media browser refreshes thumbnails , jumps top of directory when clip double-clicked crashing when selecting folders in left panel of media browser media browser rendered useless (as has been previous versions of app, @ least me , many others). especially acts when viewing clips on capable 7200rpm external drives, glitchy when viewing material on internal drives.   my system 2010 mac pro 3.2 ghz quad-core intel xeon / 24 gb 1066 mhz ddr3 / os x 10.10.5. i have acrobat dc (full version) , windows 8.1.  last night acrobat disappeared list of printers can no longer create pdf using print command.  have tried repairing acrobat , have reinstalled it.  neither option has worked.  there windows update yesterday , maybe has messed things up.  have ideas of should try next?  many thanks hi felicityw78488152,   try steps given below , see if resolves issue: check if there update available acrobat, launch acrobat>help menu>check updates. if doesn't work, try steps given @ solution# 3 in following link: acrobat: pdf printer missing after installation on windows 64-bit   also, confirm if able see "adobe pdf" under devices , printers. hold down windows key , press r on keyboard. type control printers , hit enter.   and, version of acrobat dc installed on machine?
