hola!   al momento de querer editar un video en premiere pro se tarda mucho en reproducirlo, y cuando comienza solo se oye el audio pero el video se queda parado o la pantalla se queda en negro. es raro porque solo es con algunos videos, ya que trabajado con videos del mismo formato y el mismo codec y premiere los corre sin problemas.   un saludo! pudiste resolver el problema tengo el mismo !!! i'm having download probs.   having found page downloaded image stored, 1 i'm trying hold of not downloading workable image ps.  still has watermark , narrow @ 641 px wide.   it's stored ai/eps file not i'd have wittingly chosen had been aware there choice.  although i've got cs6 extended, wouldn't have thought i'd need use program download image through, i?   any thoughts on how hold of image anyone?   many thanks.   ps don't use adobe cloud... the image adobe illustrator file. need illustrator use properly. or have illustrator convert you. i have adobe abo software updated (lr 5.7.1.). nevertheless cannot open pictures nikon d5 in lr raw format seems not supported (in contradiction adobe list supported cameras). can urgently professional photographer , work on clients pix. thanks! according adobe list of supported cameras - cameras supported camera raw - d5 requires ligthroom 6.5. you can either upgrade lr 6 ($79), subscribe creative cloud photography plan wich includes lightroom , photoshop ($10 month), or use free dng converter convert nef files dng files can read lr 5.7.1. are rendering frames large disabled or something? every time try render fails... there simple color corrections going on... 8bbc   i trying render tiff sequence @ millions of colors...   thanks!! you running out of system resources. simple color corrections can incredible system resource hogs. without knowing system specs , version of ae down last decimal point , without detailed workflow description it's going hard point solution.   if it's color correction suggest premiere pro , lumetri. it's supported , renders quite on compatible system. 8k awfully big. don't know of can play in real time except specialized multi monitor setups. here's workflow , project details you. using captivate 7, published course html5 , swf. several months ago, , reported opening in browser no problem. in october, none of able open in browser though file/folder structure has not been altered. tried myself computer, neither html5 or swf versions open. when index file clicked browser opens, page not. no error message appears.   this may not captivate issue, has experienced this? input or ideas appreciated! since there no change in published file(s), did check if browsers have been updated? i unable save preferences in premiere pro 2017 (mac version). inside preferences dialogue box there “ok” button , “cancel” button. no matter do, “ok” button nothing. if make change of preferences , click “ok” button, nothing happens. preferences dialogue box remains open. way close preferences dialogue box click “cancel” button but, of course, doesn’t save of new choices.   i have tried trash preferences several ways. first, renamed current preferences folder. found here: username / documents / adobe / premiere pro / 11.0   when renamed preferences folder “11.0-old,” new 1 named “11.0” created. make me think preferences cleared.   i tried holding down shift + option (mac) during start up. when did that, got clean welcome screen none of past projects listed. make me believe old preferences trashed.   even after trashing preferences both ways, still have same issue. unable save new preferences , “ok” button not exit out of preferences dialogue box.   any appreciated.   thanks. i got ad

like others, have experienced excruciatingly slow syncing times when syncing lrm. syncing stall altogether. tried recommended in many posts issue, stalling continued. looked @ collection being synced , noticed stalled on generating smart preview of externally edited tiff file. once removed file collection being synced, syncing went ahead again until encountered externally edited tiff file couldn't digest. hi,   there bug in premiere elements 15 in text color properties under angle, distance, , softness values.   angle, distance, , softness not retain set values, go 1, 1, , 1 respectively.   process:   expert mode. menu 'text' > 'new text' > 'default text' resuts in "add text" field apears in viewport , "title 0" in timeline. higlight "add text" , write desired word, example 'titletest'. under 'adjustments' > 'text' > hit palette icon next 'color'. i guess, not precisely photoshop question, although photoshop cc 2015.5.1 i'm using. download product photos provided equipment makers. they're in png format. resize, crop, alter canvas size appropriately nice look, making sure end 760 pixels wide, , save jpg @ '8' on scale (medium). results in file of 50kb 150kb depending on complexity of image. point snappy website performance.   but every (maybe 5% of time), when file size ... 2.4mb or equally ridiculous. we're talking 8 bit rgb here, no weird channels or paths or anything. 2.4mb 1 saved (using workaround) 46.2kb. experimenting quality slider, still 2.4mb @ '0'. @ '12' 2.5mb. suggests there's 2.4mb of unnecessary data hidden in file somewhere.   workaround save bmp (this strips away bmp doesn't support, except picture data itself), open , re-save jpg. works enough , it's not burdensome, fascinated hidden data might , why jpg encoder doesn't eliminate it. incidentally, if open origi

i have been happily running licenced cs3 until nov 22nd - "licencing product has stopped working"   so great -  work software went west...  - exact same tedweinstein (i have written myself!)   i tried fixes in thread. now wont re-install cc3 -  @ ... i cant install adobe reader - heavens sake !   i 'was' thinking getting date stuff cc , tried fuse (over 3 months ago : , when worked, in harmony cs3 - should be) - adobe inspire 0 confidence when of cc products flawed ( adobe fuse won't open! – mixamo ) - , has not been fixed in year.(+ cloud cc desktop buggy unmentionable , have had re-install 3 times due auto updates not working correctly & cc systems mega cpu/memory invasive)   now,  made no changes overnight between 21st , 22nd - machine off : so have blocked valid paid licence on 22nd? - happened adobe ? : did licence database fail ?- licencing server flawed ? - have changes system broken cs3 licencing ? i have installed no other software or updates : mac

in evaluating team projects, i've experience bit strange. the remote team member not reading timecode on source clips. here's workflow: 1. home base, create team project, ingest footage, create proxies via ame (1280x720 gopro cineform 10bit yuv) 2. copy proxy files external drive , send remote editor send invite team project. 3. remote editor connects drive, excepts invite , loads tp , sets new file path through team media management , media links.   now, timecode on source clips start @ zero. i've attached screenshots of same clip both locations. and yes, made sure source window reading actual timecode. as well, if remote editor imports proxy clip directly, in fact read correct tc.     homebase :   remote : hi,   i try on system tomorrow , you. if able reproduce can directly send information machine team concerned, otherwise need in getting information on this.   thanks writing up. please keep providing feedback.   regards, ramesh. i downloaded of new adobe updates earlier week (onto windows 10 pc) , noticed photoshop (and indesign) not seem have registered in windows registry. right clicking on image file bring context menu , selecting 'open with' lists adobe illustrator 2017, not photoshop 2017 (i use windows photo viewer default program, use right click menu open in photoshop when want edit photo). not listed if selecting 'choose app', nor under 'other options' or 'more apps'. if selecting 'look app on pc' , browsing photoshop.exe , clicking file, windows dialog box appeared similar 'open with' box , nothing happening. has stopped coming still nothing happens (the file not open in photoshop). tried going control panel, default programs, adobe 2017 program listed dreamweaver. indesign files on machine have blank icons in file manager, these not registered either, 'open with'... did work. i've noticed updates have left residual files in adobe programs d

hi we have 1 "master" pages document text found in our assembly manuals.  from there use content collector tool copy paste content various manuals. way when edit text/ picture. it's changed in manuals @ once. in "master" pages document have versions of specific text laying on different pages next each other. 1 page per version. 1 page per language.   however, if insert new page in middle of document ( instead of after last page) links in connected manuals changes because linked, first page number, content on page in "master" page document. new pages means page number change below new page.   the problem when more versions/languages need added, page nr change , "parenting" work previous manuals lost. the way add end of document. variations of 1 page spread out between pages 10,11,56 , 213  instead of 10,11,12 , 13. hope makes sense.    is there way around or should use incopy maybe. hi, i have published captivate (9) course contains quiz, , has been completed of learners, successfully, not.  when published originally, quiz allowed only 1 take, means didn't pass couldn't retake quiz. so, course revised allow multiple attempts. has been published , uploaded our lms (netlearning). the problem learners took , did not pass quiz originally, not see option retake quiz in revised course. there can done, short of having them retake revised course on again? thanks help! angel tessier  i suspect you'll have reset in lms. captivate transferred lms user didn't succeed , attempts exhausted. all,   i have installed burmese font in windows 7 called " zawgyi-one". can see font in designer , able copy paste burmese text. problem text not changing bold/italics after bold/italics button selected.   thanks in advance   ps: if try text in ms word, changing bold system has font. it's because font has no information bold or italic styles in it. ms word can simulate such styles not designer. le problème est déjà soumis au support typekit mais il serait utile de le tester sur d'autres machines pour vérification de la reproductibilité ou non.......si le cœur vous en dit!   les polices typekit sélectionnées sont disponibles dans toutes les application adobe et bien synchronisés entre mes deux pc (win10 pro ou fam v1607).   dans muse cc2015.2 les polices web ne sont pas synchronisées entre mes deux pc et sur un même pc,  lors de la construction d'un site (pas encore de kit), les polices edge web fonts sélectionnées restent disponibles lors de l'ouverture du même site ou d'un nouveau site. par contre les polices web sélectionnées de typekit ne restent pas disponibles ni pour le site pour lequel elles ont été sélectionnées ni pour un autre. noter que ces polices sont bien sélectionnées dans le panneau typekit "polices sélectionnées". nb : les polices web typekit sélectionnées ne sont pas visibles dans acc actifs >polices.   ..et pour ceux qui veulen
