hi people i experiencing big problem @ moment table of contents on 76 page document. document redesigned previous version of job using same paragraph styles revised suit new (document version). when go create new toc hole text disappears , yet preflight shows no errors.   i can copy text document new document , can create new toc no problems. can problem fixed without having recreate document quite time consuming.   iam using indesign 2017 , os sierra 10.12.1   is there out there advice please.   thanks angelos the document may corrupted. try saving idml (file > save > indesign cs4 or later (idml)). reopen. i'm using yeti mic no external processing , mac, recording voice over.  there way use effects in real time, without have apply after file finished? no there isn't, i'm afraid - , that's entirely deliberate it's standard industry practice not to. way, change mind after event, wouldn't possible otherwise. audition records dry, , has. if put effects in monitoring chain (depending upon setup) able hear them when record, monitor effects; if want them permanently have render them track afterwards. i have upgraded 2017.0, , find states widget not show states @ all.  true of sites have (4).   when first started using new version, seemed work fine, stop working sites, , doesn't work @ all:     i'm going try re-installing see if helps, , update thread results, if else has ideas in mean time, i'd love hear them. so, re-installing seems have fixed problem.  re-installed everything, including settings (there aren't many settings lose, replaced them).  wish had reason happened in first place tho... hello all, first post in adobe forums, i'm hoping have frustrating problem community or adobe.   here's issue: i'm using illustrator cc on , imac. while in illustrator of time when working , go either use hotkeys change color, close path w/ pen tool, or move anchor point, illustrator decides place non-clicked achor points random area. frustrating has working on symmetrical graphics because problem never!!! keeps anchor points symmetrical, or rather keeping them in place. problem renders illustrator usless me in alot of designs. have tried turn off "snap grid", restart system, resized 1inch 2feet designed cmyk in rgb , vice-versa, have tried create brand new document if happens once happens same graphic. nothing seems fix problem , illustrator primary tool cc suite. hello everyone!   i have made video portrait of person looking camera. video supposed run background on website. since video loop dont want cut / shifting seen.   what did far take clip choose....copied , pasted morph cut in between 2 identical clips. there outcome works great , 1 cant see kind of transition.   yet dont want add clip after clip after clip because increase file size , video come end...start again...and there 1 see cut / shift.   my question how can tell clip morph right @ end in beginning of clip.   that super helpful know.   looking forward hear ideas are. cut clip in de middle. left a, right b move next b a-b b-a. add transition between b-a. the last frame on timeline loop seamlessly first. fighting (once again) latest cc desktop app folder syncing:   1) folder disappears finder; 2) folder shows once cc desktop app launched fails sync (either crashes or shows syncing circle forever). cc app icon turns gray (after forever), unresponsive , folder disappears again; 3) cc app keeps asking login after each crash. affects whole system (way go adobe!) becomes awfully slow during process; 4) adobe customer care said 'our expert this'. i'll update once experts this. in meantime, waste (another) couple of hours dealing adobe 'productivity tools'.   if has effective solution, appreciated. ///   More discussions in File Hosting, Syncing, and Collaboration adobe

hello community!   i'm running imac, (stats: processor: 3.5ghz intel core i7, ram: 32gb 1600 mhz, graphics: nvidia geforce btx 780m 4096mb).   i'm video editor. i'm starting new project, , know, it's best start , finish new projects in whichever version of software want in whole time. updated cc suite 2017! yay! new stuff!   the footage red raw 6k footage dragon, big files, nothing shouldn't able handle. running through 21tb g-speed studio xl raid-formatted drive, on thunderbolt connection. currently, there's 3tb of footage being accessed total.   so. start new project. import red files right way, without weird extended takes thing red does. audio: it's musical, have 4 audio clips per video clip, i'm sync-ing files creating new sequences each. nbd, fine.   i go save. fine. fine. fine. then... blam, out of nowhere, whole computer shuts down, goes black. what!?   restart. cry poor raid getting jerked around. plug in. run premiere. going again. save once, f

so joined adobe stock month in september time.   i used 6 images, thinking first 10 free, charged if used on 10.  without warning automatically placed on one-year contract, @ price of £23.99 month, having not logged on adobe stock since yesterday.  tried cancel subscription price of £96, meaning have paid total of £168 6 images!     i admit mistake not check account, feel hard done have been charged much, when there clear evidence of me not using service time paying it.   has adobe showed goodwill in similar situation?  subscribe photography plan too, , cancel out of spite. this happened me too! subscribed impression put forward adobe is pay month plan, not have subscribed if though second had pay whole year! i've created detailed design taking whole page on adobe ideas. when zoom in on ideas, lines crisp, , figures etc have included well-defined. however, method of exporting/saving seems ruin this. have tried opening in pdf, photoshop app, dropbox, saving ipad photos... no avail. entire image ok once exported, zoom in , image quality/detail gone. despairing considering zooming in on each component part , exporting piecemeal...   how export/save , maintain same level of detail? hi harriet,   your title says you're using adobe ideas, haven't supported app on 2 years.   is app you're using? or adobe draw?   let me know.   sue. i spent time in formscentral , created great form, feel it's naught now.   i'm unable edit pdf in acrobat adding footer it's telling me have insufficient permissions on form created in formscentral. don't see i'm able add page numbering in formscentral (the automatic numbers not appear when printed), , more importantly, in environment require visible version control numbering on forms.      i suppose add formatted text block bottom of each page, seems simple footer better.  suggestions appreciated. you have remove reader-enabling rights document before can edit it. because formscentral no longer available, have modify forms submission code (which again possible after make form editable). that, select file>save copy - save copy of form without these special rights. i work on late 2013 imac, 10.11.6, gtx 780m,prpro 10.4 , don't have issues exporting. other day, though, having problems exporting sequence in project started on newer imac running 10.11.5 amd radeon r9 m395x card. (same version of prpro on both). didn't crash @ same spot, playing partially rendered audio file, establish choking on large still images. (2-3mb) i've had trouble large still images before, opened them in photoshop , made them smaller. repositioned them account smaller size , tried exporting again. no luck.   i tried kinds of solutions, resetting user preferences, deleting preview , render files, etc, etc, nothing worked. except switching software only, took forever.   i had move project , media original computer exported fine.   what's weird size , position parameters had set on still images made them wonky on other computer. i had change size , position put them back.   i know premiere pro doesn't large still images (or maybe it's images have high

hi.   i ran strange issue when importing attached image file signature in acrobat pro , acrobat reader, versions dc , xi.   go "fill & sign" , try import image signature: acrobat decline arguing image more 10 mb… not case.   we several guys test file on many config. , in several versions of acrobat pro/reader: answer same. changing image format (jpeg, tiff…) , changing size don't change anything: acrobat still decline it. hi,   when open lr freeze , non responding. uninstall lr , tried install via cloud. since 2 days ago have getting same error cant go 1% when updating or installing lr.   the error got is   "update failed" error on temporary file location. if problem persist contact customer support. i have had problem happen once before. virtually catalogs , photos in lightroom have disappeared. lightroom faq has suggested cure, not proving helpful. used phone support several months ago solve problem, that's not option evening. can explain/lead me through restoring missing catalogs , 74,000 photos.   thanks, doug leclair check computer's "recycle bin" , restore them if necessary. use explorer or finder search *.lrcat files on hard drives.   what did customer service solve problem last time? hello!   i use illustrator cc2015.5. may crazy, seems latest round of updates causing pdfs saved illustrator flattened. when import graphics indesign objects, have white backgrounds instead of transparent ones. have been using illustrator many years, , used able "save pdf" bring images indesign transparent backgrounds. frustrated, can't figure out what's going on!   before tell me save graphics eps, have vendors require high resolution pdfs when delivering images. pdfs retain transparency when brought photoshop.  saving pdfs @ 1.5 , higher settings in pdf preferences. drop pdfs documents keep file sizes manageable.   also having transparency issues when saving eps files. effects not retaining transparency when imported indesign. tried of recommendations in forum far. did not start having these problems until more recent updates. what's going on!?!   thanks, susan what pdf setting did use?   did preview document in illustrator shift command d confirm transparency
