PSE 14, elive cannot open - browser to be configured?

hi use pse 14 until open subjects on elive, cannot, nothing happens. guess has happened on update, how configure browser? i'm not particularly sure how this... help

there nothing worry, please answer few of queries understand problem bit more -

1. able see elive page? it's when click on card nothing happens - doesn't open link in browser?

if above query doesn't stand true , not able see elive page only, please refer re: unable connect e live (premiere 13 evaluation) internet

2. kind of update talking?

3. have browser installed on machine? default browser?

4. os using?

if need other assistance, please let me know.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
