Stock Illustrator Pixelation

i'm using macbookpro late2011 i5, 16gb ram, intel hd graphics 3000

with illustrator 2015.3

 

i've done projects far without problems.

for new project licensed vector-graphics of adobe-stock.

 

problem: graphics seem not vectors. licensed, marked blue button. if enlarge them, quality isn't printable @ all. big pixels.

 

 

first thought, might have chosen wrong graphics non-vector content, problem appears every adobe-stock graphic. text-content appears not sharp.

so i'm persuaded there might simple answer question.

can give example of file name or number of adobe stock file gives problems?

how open these files?
