Bridge and Photoshop won't copy/save images to existing folder

i'm trying copy image files folder used linked images in indesign document. need package indesign document send graphics designer, , images need part of package.

 

when try copy image files in bridge, either 1) singly, 2) en messe within current folder, or 3) folder containing images, error message stating error occurred , of files may not have been processed. when check destination folder, none of images have been saved it.

 

i brought images in photoshop , tried save them desired destination folder. received error message destination folder not found. folder exist.

 

i created new destination folder , retried saving images via bridge , photoshop. no luck.

 

my creative cloud date (uploaded latest versions earlier week). use pc.

 

why can not save images folder contains linked images?
