Timeline and keyframes problem

i try edit short movie in photoshop cc , new in part of editing(video editing): have little movie on need remove parts, write words , blur parts(plate number of cars, 2 cars or/and on layer), stuck @ part blur, used method link:

you can see in image did mosaic on layer 'layer 1copy 6' , mask vector position keyframes yellow, when move 'layer 1 copy 7', , try same thing, can't, did not ended on previous layer, if try put 'manual' keyframe in new position on 'layer 1 copy 7', put , select on 'layer 1 copy 6', know possible because did layer 1 , 2, somehow, not working anymore:

anyone can me? hope make sense need.

we can not see name of video have vector mask or video in timeline has key frames mask moved not visible. position in timeline of current frame may or may not have mask can not see of layers palette can not see copy 7 in layer palette copy names truncated. thee copies mask names not visible
