NTSC footage v choppy in Pal timeline

hi all,

 

i in middle of cutting short film majority of footage 25 fps, pal, 1920x1080.  i'll exporting @ setting too.

 

the problem have drone footage 23.97fps, 4k, ntsc.  when play footage in premiere noticeably choppy.  when export @ 1920x1080, 25fps, pal , watch in vlc still looks choppy. 

 

i have tried modifying each clip , switching them 25 fps no avail.  i've tried adding clips 1920x1080, 25fps timeline , timeline which  matches source (i.e. 4k, 23.97 fps, ntsc).  have pretty fast late 2014 macbook pro 16gb ram, 512gb ssd, 2gb nvidia graphics , i7 processor can't hardware that's issue.

 

can advise me on best solution might this?  have read 'optical flow' setting - @ all?

ntsc in pal timeline has been pita.

optical flow might work on export not in timeline.

trial , error.

 

next time avoid other 25 or 50 fps.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
