How to upgrade perpetual licence Lightroom 6.0 to 6.6?

i installed lr 6.0 perpetual license , can't find way upgrade version 6.6 (whatever latest) without getting forced cc. every attempt automatically funnels cc. bought perpetual license.  help!!!!
