Lightroom Brush tool

so have been using lightroom , photoshop 6 months now. of editing done in lightroom.

i went go editing , clicked on brush tool , there long list of options me choose from. when clicked on there still list cannot find few of options use alot. before had short list @ top had options ( temp, tint , on. there still short list these options not there anymore. have never had happen before. can tell me how find options? editing wedding session , 1 of bridesmaids dresses pale blue , in pictures coming off white have been using ( tint ) brush can't find it.

i know beginner mistake self taught , have no-one else ask.

one idea-  on same line "effect:"   , preset menu,  on far right end, there tiny dark triangle.

click triangle expand or condense brush panel adjustments.

when have condensed panel without sliders see 1 single slider called "amount:" - 1 gives option control overall effect, or 'opacity', of brush adjustments set in expanded panel of sliders.
