Nook Glowlight Plus

i use nook reading public library books.  last 2 weeks problem arose:  cannot open library books in files in nook; error message book cannot opened.  tried including returning nook had , replacing new 1 today.  in file manager can see nook , open files , side load library books in file manager documents/digital editions nook. when try open book in nook, error message.  few times when downloaded book library window shows adobe digital editions th default program did not show up.  tried everything:  authorized , de-authorized computer. device (nook), deleted library books, reinstalled latest versions of adobe digital editions , overdrive media nothing worked.  won't able use nook check out library books longer?

i've had several versions of nook reader.  bought first one, bought nook glow light , 6 months ago, bought nook glow light plus.  software first 2 versions user friendly , easy download library books (adobe digital editions) , corresponding .epub files.  however, nook glow light plus - pain.  nook not automatically recognized ade , have "show file in explorer" , copy/paste .epub file on nook glow light plus.  ok, i've done 6 months , of sudden, week, though can see .epub file format on glow light plus (using file explorer), when try open on nook, message "loan token update failed."  made sure version of software ade date (it @ version 3.0) , had both ade on laptop , nook plus authorized (it is).  on nook chat 30 minutes , gave , told me call nook tech support.  on phone 20 minutes , finally, said nook "working on problem" , aware issue , "as speak, nook working on solution."  however, no solution right now.  grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
