I am trying to register a older version of Photoshop CS3 on my PC Windows 7 and get a message that says "Registration - Connection Failure". What do I need to do

providing cs3 version working there nothing need do.

 

registration required product support, has been discontinued cs3 products, there no reason try registering.

hello,   just after installed latest version , update (cc 2017), used ruler tool when clicked on [straighten layer], photoshop said "could not transform because initial bounding rectangle empty."   so, clicked on [ok] button , then...photoshop said: "error... error 8007:user cancelled operation line:222 ->     layerref.rotate( angle * 180.0 / math.pi );"   here screenshot: https://s22.postimg.org/rttfh7mwf/photoshop_error8007.png   i don't think kind of error users me, developers. so yes, apparently...there error in script, guys...         p.s : update (cc 2017) is a real disaster on windows 10 professional 64bits because after update, couldn't open, create file or open document anymore! when tried close photoshop, illustrator or program, still running in background weird reason! How to permanently disable the right side bar in iOS 10.1.1 to keep from inadvertently opening Acrobat all the time

hello all, have problem, in ios 10.1.1 on ipad, since upgrade, acrobat has hidden side bar on right hand side of screen , open acrobat inadvertently no matter am, on home screen or in app. how can permanently disable this? have not found answer on internet. sorry if inept... thank in advance tips can give me. hi,   that's feature of ios, not acrobat reader.   here steps disable multitasking.   go settings > general > multitasking. turn off "allow multiple apps" option.     hope helps. I am re-installing CC and the but the installer says the apps are already installed on my mac which are not.
