I made a scene/backdrop, is it possible to transfer it to after effects.

so made backdrop cartoon animation i'm working on, has taken me time make , want transfer on after effects, layers still separate. spent long , don't want have remake got how wanted it, possible do? please help,

not in way want, hide combinations of layers , export pngs.
