Premiere Pro CC (2017) crashes at export

hello

 

i've started premiere pro trial few days ago , edited video i'm unable export.

the export fails on , on again part @ same point (34%..) error code 1609629690.

i'm using surface pro 3 core i5 running windows 10. tried export @ least 30 times no success while changing parameters etc. part of mitigation tried following steps: restarted surface pro, rendered smaller segments in order identify segments may causing issue, removed suspicious still photos, tried different output types , tried export based on previews.

 

i've worked other editing software before , never had these problems.

 

would appreciate advice.

same issue goju. i'm running macbook pro 15in 2016. during export computer crashes, no error message, pure crash. i'm on deadline , can't find solution.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...

PDFMaker Office COM Addin will not stay enabled

windows 10 ent 64-bit, acrobat xi pro (11.0.18), office 2013. user reported loss of "save pdf" functionality in word. checked com addins , "adobe pdfmaker office com addin" unchecked. checked it, closed word, re-opened word, found unchecked again. ran word local administrator , box remained checked (or unchecked) across numerous changes in state & restarts. per numerous pages i've tried following:   applied latest updates & ran repair installs on office & acrobat confirmed hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\office\word\addins\pdfmaker.officeaddin loadbehavior set 3 checked file system permissions on pdfmaker directory. found them lacking added domain users read permission. run regsvr32 re-register relevant dll's removed & re-added com addin as noted, not issue if user local admin. thoughts on how enabled addin persist after closing word? thanks hi sherpa,   it seems loadbehaviour of addin has been altered in hkey_current_user hive , enab...
