Why is FrameMaker 2015 Structured cropping top and bottom of images in PDF?

i opened existing book file today update , print new pdf. when pdf done, many of imported artwork images cut off @ top , bottom of image.

 

to check if copy of fm corrupted or settings wrong, had person attempt creating same pdf. copy cut tops , bottoms of images.

 

these functioned correctly couple of months ago. few editing changes made book. have attempted creating pdf of single chapter file same cut-off results.

 

has run or know of solution?  can't send these customer.

 

this fm version 13.0.3.495.

 

first image screen shot of fm file. appeared in old pdf (gray square mine cover company info). second image shows top , bottom cut off in pdf. occurring in several files , books , on other people's computers, not mine.

how did create pdf fm , joboptions file used?

 

does imported graphic convert pdf on own, i.e. use acrobat turn graphic file pdf?

 

are there spurious objects on fm page? try ctrl+a select objects on page.

 

note: there 2 additional patch levels available version of fm. install these , see if issue persists.
