PS latest upgrade from CC does not work

i downloaded latest version of photoshop through creative cloud.  keep getting: "adobe photoshop cc 2017 has stopped working".

the solution close program. rebooted etc, still not work.

look @ details in photoshop stopped working crash reports.  failing module. if windows user windows reliability history viewer.
