Media Encoder CC won't Render

hello, i'm trying encode h.264 file added render queue after effects, , won't work. i've reinstalled media encoder , restarted pc , tried start queue in every way think of , still doesnt work.

i5 6200u

8gb ddr3

windows 10

no gpu

1. there error message in media encoder? if yes, post screenshot of error message.

          faq: how capture , post screen shot or video?

2. happening h.264 format or formats?

3. if issue h.264, uncheck "enable accelerated intel h.264 decoding option in media encoder preferences > media & try render again.

 

please let know status of issue,
