Error when trying to attach pdf to email

i received pdf reader document needed fill in , @ end submit button, when hit submit. asked email address , password, after entering email credentials said there error trying attach email.......whats wrong, how can fix this..

could please try checking update reader , see if works:

launch reader>navigate menu>select check updates, if there update available, download , install it, relaunch reader, , try attach pdf file email.

 

in addition that, please confirm version of reader installed on computer?

to check version, launch reader>click help>select adobe acrobat reader
