Lost Password and User Name and Email changed - Adobe Acrobat

my cousin had computer hacked , hard drive corrupted.  fixed has restore everything.  has moved , had change password because had local email provider in old place.  once installs adobe onto computer again disk, how reset user name , password when email address has changed.
