Activation stopped working on account on multiple machines (PC/Mac)


adobe support , community members,

 

getting caught in loop opening our adobe software today, on launching application see following screen.

on clicking try again see this:

on clicking continue, launches first screen when next tries start app, or next time try start app manually.

 

i spent hours cleaning out adobe files , reinstalling thinking issue specific mac installed on, after installing creative cloud on windows pc, same issue encountered.  can confirm team leader has given license account , license shows in adobe account in portal.  tried removing , re-assigning license , had no effect.  strangely received email indicating had been removed not following email should have reinvited have access, regardless creative cloud still shows entitled under account details:
