Is there any way to program/create actions for my Lightroom workflow?

hi,

 

i'm real estate photographer. send files overseas have photos retouched, before can send them away need administrate in order finalize work day.

 

my question is:

 

is there way program/create actions lightroom workflow in order lightroom follow repeated adjustments in develop mode? have been world me if pick out import photos , lightroom rest.

 

one action tell lightroom to: make every exposure >1/10th of second in specific temperature auto white balance else.

 

 

 

my goal im looking is:

 

tell lightroom after have picked out correct exposure import them , make corrections after process, process exposures , adjust exposures according presets , when process done make lightroom export copy in high resolution jpeg in subfolder. itself.

 

is possible?

not want create presets of it. first need select images want preset applied apply preset. can use filter bar selecting of specific images.
