Creative Cloud always missing, every day

i know there threads cannot find solution.

 

 

i purchased lightroom, old way (no monthly subscription, full lightroom 6) , installed on pc. works well.. first day. had install cc app on desktop. , problems starts here: when install , use it, works fine; when turn off pc , start lightroom again says need adobe application manager, , missing pc (yes, installed every possible update).

 

if open creative cloud app says missing or damaged.

 

i downloaded adobe cleaner, cleaned every single adobe stuff pc, deleted folders said in other threads. still happening.

 

now every day have re-install both cc , lightroom, , super frustrating takes very, long time.

 

every day.

 

i'm sick of doing this.

 

what can do?

open lightroom > click hellp > lightroom.

 

if it's in english, attach screenshot.  otherwise, copy , paste text.
