Creative Suite Design & Web Premium CS6 will not load

i have current subscription creative cloud photography plan along copy of adobe creative suite design & web premium cs6 on mac running sierra 10.12.1. have need use cs6 programmes eg illustrator, indesign graphic design cannot justify paying subscription cc versions. had need use these programmes of trying start them message activation has failed , on pressing try again indicating there not valid subscription! according product listing details there valid serial number creative suite. ironically if launch photoshop cs6 programme loads , runs normal (which part of creative suite package). did subscribe full cc package awhile ago when offered fantastic deal on price changed photography plan when offer ended. has else experienced problem , been able resolve it? have tried contacting customer service in past not had joy.

how prevent creative cloud taking on cs6 perpetual license?

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
