Photoshop CC 2017 Freezes PC

my entire computer freeze , become unresponsive while working in photoshop. activity light solid, mouse freeze, wont. windows shortcuts such alt+f4, alt+tab or ctrl alt del, wont work. option hard restart.

 

i thought issue dropbox being open , working directly out of it, saving documents , syncing @ once causing kind of issue.

this problem occur regardless of dropbox being open or not.  occurs no matter drive save files to.

 

all drivers date (wacom, windows, gpu)

ram checks out , no bad drives/sectors can detected.

i feel issue happens a. when have chrome open , watching videos on other monitor

or b. when save progress via ctrl+s in photoshop.

 

i might try reverting 2015.5 , see if can repeat issue.

in mean time, love this.

i5 6600k (oc)

16gb ddr4

gtx 1070 (8gb gddr5)

samsung 950 evo m.2 ssd (has os , photoshop on it)

using wacom intuos pro

 

monitor 1: 1920x1080 144hz using display port

monitor 2 1600x1200 60hz using dvi

(both monitors running off gpu)

 

1 ssd

3 hdd

please post cc 2017 menu help>system info.

 

if system become non responsive , can task manager see if can see process getting cpu.  rare not able task manager 1 way or running windows. windows version using?
