Virtual copy and TIFF behavior

hi!

so, there's driving me crazy here , maybe can me or elucidate question. here's happening:

i work virtual copies, while keeping master files no adjustments except star rating , color label. know if apply rating or label master , create virtual copy, copy have same attributes. ok.

lets i'm sending virtual copy [with no color label] lr ps, , in meantime add color label master file. when finish edit in ps , save it, imported lr same color label of master file. shouldn't tiff follow same rating , label virtual copy originated? can't understand why copying attributes master file if originated virtual copy different attributes instead. issue #1.

the 2nd issue concerned tiff files. follow steps:

master file > virtual copy > edit in ps > file saved after edit , automatically imported lr

ok.

then create virtual copy tiff file , make aditional adjustments lr on virtual copy , leave there. if click on original tiff file again , choose edit in ps [edit original option checked], make adjustment , save, modifications replicated virtual copy created before tiff, makes no sense me.

so, missing or strange nonsense behavior lr?

thanks!

i don't understand why feel have make virtual copy @ beginning. adjustments make master file stored in catalog. master file never changed lightroom. when send image lightroom photoshop, of adjustments made in photoshop saved tif image returned lightroom. have remember virtual copy metadata copy of original file. there isn't actual file can see outside of lightroom. exists in lightroom catalog. believe confusing , lightroom program creating many different virtual copies.
