Strange image file

hi.

 

i ran strange issue when importing attached image file signature in acrobat pro , acrobat reader, versions dc , xi.

 

go "fill & sign" , try import image signature: acrobat decline arguing image more 10 mb… not case.

 

we several guys test file on many config. , in several versions of acrobat pro/reader: answer same.

changing image format (jpeg, tiff…) , changing size don't change anything: acrobat still decline it.

(this not signature, it's signature of 1 of clients' ceo.)

 

so guess there kind of shape recognition, or that, prevent image/signature imported ,but how can sure?

 

please, experts , not experts, try import image signature in acrobat , let me know result?

unfortunately posting picture means has been changed on way forum, can't useful it. size in pixels of original file? (width , height)
