Created and exported a FormsCentral PDF, but I can't create footer?

i spent time in formscentral , created great form, feel it's naught now.

 

i'm unable edit pdf in acrobat adding footer it's telling me have insufficient permissions on form created in formscentral. don't see i'm able add page numbering in formscentral (the automatic numbers not appear when printed), , more importantly, in environment require visible version control numbering on forms.   

 

i suppose add formatted text block bottom of each page, seems simple footer better.  suggestions appreciated.

you have remove reader-enabling rights document before can edit it. because formscentral no longer available, have modify forms submission code (which again possible after make form editable). that, select file>save copy - save copy of form without these special rights.
