Photoshop CC2017 closing

photoshop cc2017 closes after launching. windows message pops saying "adobe photoshop cc2017 had close , windows checking solution" option close program. bridge opens okay. have  uninstall/reinstalled multiple times no help. working before update cc2017.  suggestions?

try restarting computer , use creative cloud cleanup tool

then use desktop app download , install photoshop again. if doesn't work need more info system, particularly windows version , scratch disks are. try avoid doing on pc while install in progress.
