2 Accounts Opened -- 1 by mistake and now I'm being charged


a couple months set account , lost email/password. when thought account lost, set new one.

last month canceled account , paid $29.99 fee. husband says we've been charged adobe $29.99 again -- when called adobe said they've charged me 29.99 2 months because separate account (the 1 couldn't find before , thought never officially set up??).  so, though adobe realizes haven't ever used acccount -- can't seem cancel , refund.

 

i'm still confused email associated account still open want canceled , refunded since mistake , never purchased/tried free photos account.

 

i can provide case numbers.
