ok, made switch wmv mp4.  wmv saved version hd (1920 x 1080), , 1 @ standard (720 x 406), , thus, hd version had larger file size standard... make sense right? so tried same thing mp4.. exported hd, looks great , has nice file size.  however, when changed frame size 720 x 406, ended same file size??  how possible?  bringing down frame size file size should way lower, it's same hd. i know weird , specific problem, hope knows answer.  if use mp4, have give making standard versions people slower computers , internet connections? what's bitrate of mp4? have 9999999 mbps 320x240 vhs size know. i using ae 2017 , having problem roto brush tool. when select object isolate, , press pg down go next frame, adjusts pink line, should. after 20 frames, though, drops pink line , have start on again tracing. working 2000+ frames, don't want have way. there another, faster way roto frames? you need study of tutorials. type rotobrush in search field @ top right corner of ae , study on community resources , files. i've been using ae since version 1 , couldn't figure out how use roto brush @ first time saw it.   when study find key in little indicator @ bottom of timeline. hi all i have been updating metadata of photos kind of information.  1 part adding "sub location", "city", "state", "country", "gps" , more.  when done did "save metadata file" , when done checked in file explorer doing search city state , nothing showed up.   so question is 1. metadata in "location" area of input not saved file? 2. if not doing wrong.  fyi photos .jpg 3. if yes 1st question, suggest me file has information.     i thank in advance support/sugestion are filling in city, state, etc. having lr provide address suggestions based on gps field or based on place photo on map?  if so, address suggestions appear in grey font (mac) or italic font (windows) , don't saved file save metadata file.  see here more details design misfeature , how work around it: re: lightroom cc 6 save location city , state... ? where? hello,   i new lr , have imported 2 folders of photos: 1 folder 5 photos , other 489 photos. believe created standard previews during import. catalog previews (.lrdata) file 571.9 mb catalog (.lrcat) 7.4 mb these 494 photos.  20,000+ more photos import clear .lrdata file exceed capacity of hard drive space on laptop before import many more photos.   during 2 imports settings in catalog settings>file handling set at: standard preview size: auto (1920px) preview quality: medium automatically discard 1:1 previews: after 30 days   after reviewing more tutorials realize should have created minimal previews. there way go these 2 folders , change previews minimal? did go both folders , clicked discard 1:1 previews , smart previews hoping free space (incase had created type of preview accident) - did not.   i didn't notice before started importing photos .lrdata file large in unused 'virgin' state?  explanation?   any information welcome. thank you! you c...

dear forum, i wrote script batch processes folders contain csv-files , images. reading information csv-files, creates documents templates, places images, enters text data , exports them pdf-files using exportfile method. on rare occasions, results in 0 sized pdfs doesn’t open in acrobat; in 0 sized pdfs opens in acrobat objects missing. i handled situation script: right after export checks size of pdf-file , if it’s below limit, writes error message log file on desktop user know problem , reprocess problematic files. however, i’d polish up. ideas why happens , how solve it? script used in indesign cc 2015.4 on windows 10 enough free disk space , other resources.   regards, kasyan hi kasyan, i can offer not much.   just questions: 1. can make out mutual characteristics documents fail export? placed adobe illustrator files come mind. i subscribe new photography plan.   but still result of said in topic.   i try sign out/ sign in. renaming slcache , opm thing uninstall, , using cc cleaner. , re install   all have failed far.   now suspect have plan. original plan 1 year prepaid , let it's expired. want change monthly 1 instead.   right when manage adobe account plan show still old 'prepaid' one. when click manage plan show 2 plan old prepaid way pass renew date. , new one.   so have similar problem? can plan (probably change active one, see in knowledge base webpage manage plan me different 1 in knowledge page.
