Integrated videos do not run

hi,

 

i hope i'm asking in right topic. if not please administrators feel free move place.

 

 

i have flash player installed on system, don't know why, stopped running integrated videos (i don't know facebook videos or video games or else since it's laptop use professional stuffs). on websites napster, sound not work anymore.

 

for both issues it's mentionned on websites problem flash player being uninstalled or not being updated.

 

here configuration :

 

system:

windows 10 professionnel (full updated)

windows 64-bit , french

processor x64

version 1607

computer model:

dell precision m4700 -> drivers updated.

flash player:

version 23.0.0.207

shockwave flash 23.0 r0

type: ppapi

javascript : v8 5.4.500.41

browser:

google chrome

version 54.0.2840.99 m (full updated)

(just fyi tried run same videos windows edge , doesn't work either)

 

i've tried many things far:

• of course started checking if flash player installed on computer, according flash player checking tool on adobe page, it's ok
• activation/enabling flash player in chrome browser plugins
• uninstall install again flash player
• uninstall flash player using specific adobe uninstall application (i don't remember name)
• by way flash files not deleted when uninstall flash. hence tried delete them manually. authorization requiered. downloaded software gives permission so. still didn't work (don't know why, couldn't delete them, , again, i'm administrator of computer so...).
• i've tried updating clicking directly on .exe programs , .dll , updated.
• some succeded make flash player work again moving files 1 file another. i think flash files in macromedia , shockwaves stuffs, don't remember after such manipulations. apparently, people, moving files worked not @ right place). didn't work me.

 

i can't remember since it's been days problem remains. anyway point i've try common solution.

i have feeling problem pretty common given amount of people going through same issue, , finding no solution.

 

if need precision please tell me.

 

i admit i'm kinda fed this, considering time spent on issue (seemingly, many other people experience same thing, assume it's not me). i'm becoming crazy
