ADOBE READER DC issues

i trying view documents sent me pdf when trying load them error message

 

[this file cannot previewed because there no previewer installed]

 

so checked windows on issue spent 6 hours on tech support , told me call adobe issue because cant delete adobe reader new error message

 

[the feature trying use on network resource unavailable]

 

when trying reinstall software error

 

[there newer version installed]

 

and error message windows installer

 

[the path c:/programdata\adobe\setup\{ac76ba86-7ad7-1033-7b44-ab0000000001}\acroread.msi' cannot found. verify have access location , try again, or try find installation package 'acroread.msi' in folder can install product adobe reader xi (11.0.13)

 

all of started happening when made switch ti windows 10 , started having alot of issues switched windows 7 , started whole mess 8 months ago im getting sick of having use phone check pdf , print pdf phone. appreciated.

 

i lost im not super computer literate can follow instructions

have tried adobe acrobat cleaner tool?

if not, please try once cleaner tool download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs  remove adobe reader , restart system.

then try re-install latest version of adobe reader link : adobe - adobe acrobat reader dc distribution .check if resolves issue.

let know if issue still persists.
