Rendering with black bars on top and bottom

i've searched discussions , seem find things issue i'm having, not exactly.

 

have project scaled 1152 x 64 (use of scoreboard space in college basketball arena).

 

i've got project sized properly, upon rendering, coming out black letterbox bars on top , bottom. know why happening, , more importantly, how stop happening? if haven't provided enough information settings i'm using, please let me know. needs .mov file run in arena's system.

and animation codec mov file not going play in real time because not designed it.

 

black bars in media player because media players frame sizes fixed. see actual frame size of movie import ae , check info or create new comp  video , check comp settings.

 

last step exact format specifications required venue , use adobe media , told render deliverable file.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
