Animate Feature Request - Ad Templates

talking other developers on team, ask possible future  feature request though aimed more @ banner ads traditional usage. can open actions window , see actions taking place, , see code if embedded on mc's. when creating banner ads , yes aware expensive item use (file size) there times when use of blur, drop shadow, or glow needed within creative styling. great when being handed file designer or agency open window similar actions panel , see , settings used within animate file. have go manually click thru mc's may or may not contain these things in order reduce file output size media usage. else find feature helpful ad designer/developer?
