Organizer stops working because it's trying to go to Adobe Revel site

when open organizer opens , provides me sign in screen log.  when log on circle starts spin , following:

{elements 12 organizer has stopped working} / [a problem caused program stop working correctly.  windows close program , notify if solution available.]

 

organizer stops working because it's trying go adobe revel site shut down, how change setting program stop asking sign in or update program go different web site  accept sign on? 

 

i using elements 12 organizer (64bit) on pc windows 10.

does organizer open if open new empty catalog?
you keep shift key pressed when lauching organizer.

if opens, can 'deactivate' revel agent preference menu?

i guessing, never met problem before.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
