Print the pdf on A3 - how to set output paper?

i have landscape calendar. want print acrobat pro on a3 paper. printer print a3 (from tray 2) safari. acrobat print pdf a4 (tray 1).

i (try to) set paper size using buttons leading printer , page setup os (mac 10.10.5).

the little icon on actobats print page displays calendar right.

the printer (xerox 7845) not print. claims tray 2 empty a4. why want a4???
