Getting stamps to change color in Adobe Reader?

so i'm trying create stamps in adobe illustrator when open them in adobe reader can change color. far can them rotate , change opacity, i'd change color in manner can change color or regular comment. possible?

unfortunately, not stating programme versions using.

 

apart that, no, cannot create kind of template stamp recoloured in acrobat or acrobat reader.

 

you have create separate stamps each coulour combination.
